Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6201 is housed within a secure room in Site-██. Access granted only to Level 4 personnel or clearance with Dr. ██████. SCP-6201 is to be kept behind a padlocked door at all times with 24-hour surveillance.
Description: SCP-6201 is a fortune teller machine about 2.1 meters tall, 0.5 meters wide, and has a depth of 0.4 meters. SCP-6201 is constructed from glass and wood and in new condition. Inside the machine is an animatronic woman. The woman appears to be about 30 years old with blonde hair and heavy makeup. The woman speaks the native tongue of the user. The number of languages known by SCP-6201 is currently unknown.
SCP-6201 has the ability to accurately tell the future. How it predicts the future is currently unknown. If 25¢ is deposited into SCP-6201, the user can ask any questions about their future. SCP-6201's eyes will then glow a bright white color and reveal their future, then close its eyes again. SCP-6201 can reject a question by not opening its eyes, you then will have to enter another coin to SCP-6201.
SCP-6201 was discovered on December 26, 20██ by rescue team for the Indian Ocean Tsunami in ██████, India. SCP-6201 was discovered in an old arcade in perfect working condition while power was shut down. Rescue team used the machine, and accurately predicted the casualties of the Tsunami. Rescue team reported the machine to authorities, which was taken into the possession of the Foundation.
Addendum 6201-1: 1 D-Class was directed into 6201's containment and directed to ask it, "when will i die?" 6201 opened its eyes and responded in English, "Tomorrow" then shut its eyes again. The D-Class was then transferred back to its cell under close watch. The next morning, the D-Class was found dead in his cell. Autopsy suggested that he died of cardiac arrest.
Addendum 6201-2: 1 D-Class was directed into 6201's containment and directed to ask it, "is it possible to terminate Scp-096?" 6201 did not respond.
Addendum 6201-3: 2 Foundation Technicians entered the containment of SCP-6201 and began to take it apart, all wires were removed and there was no power that could go to it. They both left the room and a D-Class was directed in to attempt to use it. The D- Class asked "When will i die?" Scp-6201 opened its eyes and responded "tomorrow" then closed its eyes again. the D-Class the next day was found dead in his cell. Autopsy suggested that he also died of cardiac arrest. How SCP-6201 could respond without power is currently unknown
