This is a cool scp and I really like it. I tried to add the classes and stuff so here you go

Containment Class: Safe

If you encounter this SCP or are even in the presence of it without knowing and are dishonest in any way it will punish you…this could be ripping someone off, physically stealing from them or even telling a little white lie like "yes I brushed my teeth today". The way it attacks is by causing the person to go into hysterics.

Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-1727 is to be contained in a 1x1x1 meter wooden box inside of a 5x5x5 meter room. As SCP-1727 is safe outside it's area of affect a guard will be posted just to make sure no one enters the containment area.

Description:

SCP-1727 was first discovered in a joke shop in new York in 1942 by a man who called himself "Honest Al", a con artist who made his living off of other people's misfortune, but was found in an alley way by the joke shop horribly mutilated and missing his tongue but still laughing. SCP 1727 appears as a set of old chattering teeth there are a few teeth missing in places but other than that, it's hard to spot.

If you are not removed from the presence of SCP 1727 you will continue to laugh hysterically and will then bite off your tongue. If afterwards you are still not removed from the vicinity of this SCP you will begin to bite off other parts of your body until you are eventually completely mutilated. At this point you will die, but your body will continue laughing and decay until you yourself are nothing more than a set of chattering teeth, known as SCP 1727-1 and will share the same properties as 1727.
