Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3538 is contained within a 7.62 m by 7.62 m (25ft by 25ft) room at the low-risk humanoid containment facility Security Site 17, upon his arrival to the facility the protocol for containment breaches were adapted to better suit SCP-3583 if he ever attempted to escape. His room is furnished with nothing but furniture that was specifically requested by SCP-3583 and all future request should be fulfilled to ensure SCP-3583's cooperation with the foundation and maintaining his simple containment.
Description: SCP-3583 is a 6 ft tall and 180lbs humanoid figure with no definitive race or ethnicity. SCP-3538 possesses skin with abnormal coloration but unlike normal diseases responsible for this, an example being Jaundice, his skin is tinted a slight green and it seems to be that way for no discernable reason. SCP-3583 has normal human teeth but in addition to them, he is equipped with 4 mandibles, each around 5.08 cm (2 inches), 2 on the upper jaw and 2 on the lower jaw all of which meet in the center of his mouth. Each mandible is capable of extreme levels of reciprocation and piercing both of which allows for cutting through almost any imaginable matter the foundation could supply. Despite the clear ability to leave his containment at will SCP-3583 is entirely cooperative with the foundation and displays extreme levels of intellect when interviewed by foundation members.
