Special Containment Procedures: Depending on the SCP-XXXX specimen, different containment procedures are applied.
SCP-XXXX-A - SCP-XXXX-A specimens, are to be contained in a 10x10x10 meter room, the walls of the chamber consisting of solid titanium, reinforced with rebar poles inside the wall itself. The walls also have a layer of iron sheet metal on the outer surface of the wall, covering the containment chamber, in order to negate SCP-XXXX-A’s, “pyro kinetic” effects and abilities. An observation and control deck with a 2x.75 meter observation window is positioned on the south wall, 8.75 meters above the containment chamber’s floor. 5 security cameras, one in each of the chamber’s corners, and one mounted on the ceiling facing down. Each camera’s interface is wired to the observation and control deck. A fire resistant titanium reinforced iron sheet can be lowered down from a panel within the deck itself to cover the observation window. It should be lowered at all times, unless at least 2 out of the 5 security cameras are down, should the cover be lifted for observation. Approval from Lead Researcher Dr. Kimora is required for this procedure to take place. SCP-XXXX-A’s containment chamber is fully lit with high-power floodlights, though if a situation is in need of the flood lights deactivation, each individual light can be switched off from with aforementioned observation and control deck. A reinforced titanium heavy containment door, the door controls of which are capable of being controlled from the observation deck, or an isolated control panel outside of the containment chamber, is to be sealed at all times, except when allowing cleaning, maintenance, or testing wpersonal into the containment chamber for each of their specific purposes. No less than 4 heavily armed guards, briefed on the weaknesses and abilities of SCP-XXXX-A instances, and their firearms loaded with iron bullets, are to be stationed outside of SCP-XXXX-A’s containment chamber. At least 3 of the guards positioned at the containment chamber’s door, and at least 1 at the entrance to the observation deck.
Addendum - Due to the intelligence of SCP-XXXX-A instances, only 1 SCP-XXXX-A instance should be contained within a containment chamber.
