Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5071 shall be contained in a medium sized room, 10 meters from the center of the room. Maintenance being carried out on the room shall be done by a five-man crew of three maintenance crew, and two security department members. The SD members shall constrain SCP-5071 with wrist restraints, so the entity cannot attack.

Description: SCP-5071 is a rather tall humanoid being, 2.8 meters in height, the entity's face lacks any identifying features. No photographs or videos of the entity have been recovered, as any cameras within a ten yard radius of the being display static and become unusable. SCP-5071 was found in █████, Alaska, behind a residence after reports of an odd creature peering through windows at sleeping individuals inside. Those who were stalked by SCP-5071 had an odd sense of impending doom, even if they had not seen SCP-5071. On ██/██/████, a person was murdered by SCP-5071. SCP-5071 had done this by entering through an unlocked window on the second story. Once the entity had located it's victim, it proceeded to grab the victim at the base of their neck, snapping their head clean off their body. SCP-5071 has been known to have peered through windows at victims for up to eight hours. The SCP even exhibits these behaviors in containment, it stares through the observation window at science department staff who are looking away, doing paperwork.
