Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4318 is to be held at Site-██, at Site-██, SCP-4982 is to be held in a Metal Box, 2x2x2 feet. At all times, at least one Security Guard should inspect SCP-4318 every 3 hours incase of the event something, or someone comes in contact with SCP-4318. SCP-4318 is to follow Regular Containment Procedures at all times, if the situation arouses where someone comes in contact with SCP-4318, who isn’t in testing, or isn’t Authorized to interact with SCP-4318, please contact the Janitors and, if someone uses SCP-4318 for purposes against Foundation Personnel, please contact the Security Department.

Description: SCP-4318 is a pair of Childrens Shoes, the size of these Shoes are Size 4.5, and manufactured by █████. The Shoes were found in █████, Wisconsin, on 11/5/██. SCP-4982 resemble a worn out, torn up, and overall in ragged condition Pair of Shoes. Regarding it’s condition, SCP-4318 has many features, but the majority of them are negative.

The Shoes have been sighted to be hostile when any individual put them on, first, it would lacerate the Victims foot, and thus fall off with the foot. Nobody has found how this occurs, but evidence has found traces of Chemicals harmful to the human body, but nobody knows the actual name or what these Chemicals do. Attempts to halt this Hostility has ended in failure due to the Mysterious state SCP-4318 takes. Regardless, SCP-4318 has binded physically with some individuals, some say this is a sign of affection, but others say it is just simply unable to lacerate the victims.

In one instance, the Owner of the pair of Shoes, ██████ ██████ , and his family are able to wear the Shoes without any damage inflicted on them. Because of this, Dr. Clef has theorized the idea that maybe the Pair of Shoes are sentient, and know who is wearing them, similar to SCP-035’s ability to understand and read whoever is wearing them. People who have wore SCP-4318 describe a feeling “Like it’s pleasing, but at the same time, terrible.” And that “It would in a sense seduce me, but I knew it, but could never take the Shoes off.”

In addition, SCP-4982 in the rarest instance can physically change shape for the slightest moment. The way SCP-4318 does this is still unknown. Many have theorized why this happens, a theory from Dr.█████ has theorized that SCP-4318 may, for some reason, be a sentient immortal being who takes the shape of a Pair of Shoes, and that they can Shapeshift into different Beings and Objects.
