Special Containment Procedures: All restaurants, diners, bars, and other food service establishments within the city of ████ ████, WI that are expected to be entered for order and retrieval of food product have been fitted with constant menu surveillance. If any unauthorized change (addition) is to be received by said menu surveillance, a report shall be sent to the supervising researcher stationed at Site-██, after which agents are to be dispensed and order the newly included menu item. After receiving the order, the agent is to consume a single sample of the item, followed by exiting the establishment and taking the remaining sample contents to Site-██ for further research. If an order is placed on said item by a civilian customer before response reaches the establishment, an evacuation is to be issued under the pretense of E. coli contamination. Due to the unpredictable nature and pattern of events in which menu surveillance sends incident reports, if an individual establishment is ever to become subject to any unauthorized change in menu content twice within one month, said establishment is to be closed and inspected for a minimum of 48 hours and maximum of 120 hours.
