Description:
Foundation undercover field agents at Site-A, SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX is an anomalous, 4 metre tall, metallic pillar. SCP-XXXX is constructed with sheet metal that has been riveted together and is seemingly hollow on the inside, the origin of this pillar, known mostly as "The Utah Monolith", is unknown to the foundation. SCP-XXXX exhibits anti-censorship that blocks all efforts to deny its existence, all attempts to remove any video or photographic material or articles linked with SCP-XXXX from the public eye and amnestics have resulted in faliures. However, the anomalous abilities of SCP-XXXX are still restricted to Foundation eyes only and seemingly unaffected by the Anti-Censoring effect. Although the construction of SCP-XXXX obeys all laws of physics and appears to be man-made although, it exhibits a randomised ability to traverse space-time and is observed to 'appear' in different places around the world, regardless of distance.
Since the discovery of SCP-XXXX, the Foundation have been monitoring the situation with many exhibitions to the discovery site(s). All attempts to remove the monolith from the southeast Utah desert failed, as it seemed to return to its upright position within 45-60 seconds.
SCP-XXXX has been observed at multiple locations worldwide and each site is designated with appropriate protocol (see Special Containment Procedures). The Sites appear to be random, moderately isolated locations that seem to be fairly unrelated to each other. When SCP-XXXX relocates itself, SCP-XXXX leaves behind a triangular metallic plate with pieces of the sounding terrain arranged where it once stood, no outside forces or other explanation that causes this recurring event or how it aids in the relocation of SCP-XXXX. These plates have been tested and have been concluded to be constructed from a steel sheet material. The metal plates also show obvious marks along the edges that resemble cuts perform from a laser-based precise cutting tool that, however, it does not conclude that these plates or SCP-XXXX itself are manmade.
SCP-XXXX is relatively harmless, However, the monolith has been observed to have an undetermined relationship with an external creature. This creature, designated SCP-XXXX-2, is a quadrupedal mammal with what appears to be black, slick hair, legs that end with a point and white eyes. The Creature is imperceptible to the human eye but appears in most cameras with videography capabilities. SCP-XXXX-2 has not been observed enough to be declared hostile, however, it is advised not to approach any area's where SCP-XXXX-2 is present within video feeds. Only appearances of SCP-XXXX-2 have been observed at Site A to date and after SCP-XXXX relocated itself. Speculations of possible 'goose chase' between SCP-XXXX-2 and the Monolith.
Discovery Notes:
SCP-XXXX was first discovered in a small red-sandstone canyon in the desert of South-East Utah, United States of America by a research team tasked with an ariel survey of the surrounding location. Within this team, an undercover Foundation field agent, ████ ███████, was a member of the team and immediately reported their finding to the Foundation. Foundation could not disrupt media interference with SCP-XXXX without risking Priority 11 due to Anti-Censorship effect of SCP-XXXX, which have been proven to be resistant to multiple attempts including [REDACTED].
10 days after its first discovery, the monolith had appeared to vanish. Leaving a small triangular plate and an assortment of stacked rocks where it once stood. Although the foundation analysed the site for any evidence of human interference, Site-A did not show any signs of an outside force removing the Monolith. Shortly after, reports from civilians and law enforcement detailed another monolith being discovered outside of Petrodava Dacian Fortress in Northeast Romania. Although this Monolith appears to be visually different due to swirl-like markings along the panels of the Pillar, it has been proven by the Foundation to be the Monolith previously discovered in Utah.

The Discovery of SCP-XXXX-2 however, was made by a group of adolescence who travelled to Site A to observe the Monolith, showing dismay when it is discovered by the group that SCP-XXXX has relocated itself. One of the group members, ██████ ███████████ who goes by the social media handle, "serg.boy", uploaded a video to the video platform 'TikTok' about their arrival to Site-A. Upon closer inspection of the video, SCP-XXXX-2 appears between the crevice of the sandstone wall behind them.
During interviews with the 3 involved, they claimed to have not noticed and were unaware of its presence during their time at Site-A. Amnestics after questioning was ineffective at removing individuals awareness to the presence of SCP-XXXX-2, however, unaware of Foundation's Existence.
