Special Containment Procedures: Due to the nature of SCP-XXX, containment is impossible. In the event, SCP-4947 is near any human populations, all civilians must evacuate the city. 1. S.A.D.R.A. stands for Salvation Army Disaster Response Agency.

2. Our main goal is to rebuild fallen governments so the people can live without an aggressive leader.

3. Technically, yes, we are the last source of government power. But we're not an aggressive one either.

4. We do have enough resources to provide human civilization. This includes food, water, energy, heat, clothing, oil, etc.

5. The S.A.D.R.A. is run by 5 levels. The 5th and the last level being the main leaders. Each level either increases or decreases the power of the other levels. It derived from the U.S. Federal Government system.

6. Of course, were safe. The S.A.D.R.A. provides the best security to defend you and others from disasters. Not to mention we have vaccines and medicine to cure all forms of diseases.

S.A.D.R.A. Department of Transportation is a department by S.A.D.R.A. that ensures that every citizen should have fastest, efficient, accessible, and safest transportation methods in the country. The department also vetoes and sign laws that are involved with any methods of transportation.

S.A.D.R.A. mostly use Tesla.Inc cars as an efficient and clean transportation method for the public. They all run on pure electricity rather than diesel, or gas and can be purely charge by solar panels. Not to mention S.A.D.R.A. have research on new ways to develop better batteries with common materials rather than deep digging into the Earth.

Police Force

S.A.D.R.A. Police Force Logo

The S.A.D.R.A. Police Force is a force of people that enforce the laws, protect innocent civilians, and prevent crime and civil disorder. The police force is always there to protect you and others from danger isnide the country.¹

They wear a light blue shirt with dark pants and usually carry a sidearm, specifically an X30 Taser for self-defense. To identify a fellow officer, they wear a bright yellow badge on the front and the police force logo on their shoulders. If none of these are on an officer, report it to the authorities as they may be false.

Classified Documents

These documents are private documents either recorded or written by S.A.D.R.A. Personel. Some of these documents are related to the destroyed foundation that once helped us, known as the S.C.P. Foundation.

These documents must not be released to the public. In the case there is a leak, all documents must be hunted down and be destroyed. Any civilians who read these documents must be taken into custody, be administered amenities, and be replaced with a fake identity. Just what the Foundation did to the others.

The following are some of the documents that can be read by Level 3 Personel. Other documents are only available to higher level personnel. Level 5 personnel have access to all documents. Proceed with caution.
