Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX must be kept be kept in a circular chamber that has a diameter of 20 metres. The walls of SCP-XXXX's room must be fully surrounded by projection plastic that is 6 inches thick and 10 metres high. SCP-XXXX must be kept in the direct centre of the chamber so forces that emanate from SCP-XXXX are completely equilibrium. There must not be any electrical devices 50 metres from SCP-XXXX, this will lead to SCP-XXXX's appearence on any device with a screen or SCP-XXXX's chuckle if the device contains an output. SCP-XXXX will appear on the projection plastic, exactly at 3:30 am and 3.30 pm. Any personnel in SCP-XXXX's chambre will start to commit self-harm and suicide.
