Special Containment Procedures: The soil under SPC-XXXX has been excavated and a steel containment structure (from hereinafter referred to as 'the Dome') was constructed around SPC-XXXX, creating an airtight containment chamber. Access to the chamber is possible via a reinforced steel door, five (5) by five (5) meters, that remains open and can be sealed from the inside in case protocol Relay comes into effect1. The opening mechanism of the door has been designed in such a way, as to be operable manually by a single person, if necessary.
Living quarters with conected to the containment chamber and accommodating for five occupants have been constructed underground the Dome. The living quarters have been equipped in accordance with protocol Relay.
In addition all outer surfaces of the entire structure described above have been constructed as to provide heavy radiation shielding.
Containment Update ██/██/2019: By order of the O5 Council a facility (from hereinafter referred to as Site 93) dedicated solely to research relating to SCP-XXXX has been built in close proximity to the location of SPC-XXXX. Senior researcher ██████ █. Harris was appointed site director and is now responsible for for carrying out protocol Relay.
Containment Update ██/██/2019: By order of the site director Prof. Harris a fifty (50) kilometre exclusion zone has been established around Site 93. Access now restricted to Foundation personnel only.
Description: From outside SCP-XXXX appears to be an old watertower, cylindrical in shape with sheet metal roof. The tower is constructed from MATERIAL, with circular base AMOUNT meters in diameter and it is AMOUNT of meters high. Although the architecture is consistent with water tower design common to central Europe around the start 20th century, it was in fact discovered by PERSON(S) in PLACE during ACTIVITY. The entrance is a wooden door painted red facing southwest.
The inside of the tower is completely hollow, with concrete floor. In the middle of the floor, there is a large circular hole AMOUNT (X) meters in diameter, leaving only one (1) meter walkway around it. The walls of the well seem to be solid concrete as well. The ceiling is a thirty (30) meter high and made of concrete, exactly the same as the floor. There is also an identical opening in the ceiling, which is going vertically upwards, seemingly exceeding the dimensions of the structure as viewed from the outside.
Tests have confirmed that both both tunnels leave our dimension after approximetely one meter. At the time of discovery the tunnel leading upwards ended after AMOUNT (X) meters with a smooth flat surface made from an unknown metal. The tunnel leading downwards ended with the same flat surface. In addition to that, there was a turning wheel made of the same unknown metalic material.
