NOTE: This is the audio log of the events that transpired in SCP-XXXX's containment on 3/4/████. Medical personal have concluded SCP-XXXX caused Dr. █████ to go mad, SCP-XXXX refuses to verify this information.

Dr. █████: [Get out of my head, I wont do it, I wont, I will not do it]
Dr. Bob: [Dr. █████ you ok there mate]
Dr. █████ is heard walking away from his computer and entering the containment
Dr. Bob: [What the hell are you doing you need permission to go in there, get out now before I contact security]
The emergency button is heard being pressed
The containment door opens again
Dr. Bob: [Wait why do you have a gun, █████ put the gun down I already contacted security they're gonna come in and shoot you]
Dr. █████: [I can't, the safe told me to kill you, I'm gonna do it, its the only only way to get the safe to stop screaming]
Dr. █████ shoots Dr. Bob in the head just as security arrive and open fire on him
