Per 
SCP-16666 Resembles the picture of the decapitated head of a unknown humanoid. The Appearance of This Anomaly happens to be green with black eyes,blood from the mouth and head,2 scars and a black leakage coming from the eyes similar to the leakage from SCP-035.
Containment Procedures are very hard specifically because of how this SCP gets to move around.SCP-16666 is contained in a cubicle made of steel (Mostly Titanium) with a 12 meter distance away from the exit and entrance door.There are no windows in the cubicle only 7 security cameras and lights.
The Origin of SCP-16666 appears to be slightly confusing but it would have no meaning if it wouldn't be an SCP. A Kid called Simon Dwellers was a normal kid who had good friends with a caring family.So one day after school he came home and went back to his passion as drawing,So he just drew a random head of what appears to be a Turtle/Humanoid which has lots of scars and blood on it.Simon's mother started to think there was something wrong with him as he drew way too much weird pictures.One day after school Simon never came home,but the drawing he made yesterday was gone from his drawing collection maybe because it was cursed.
SCP-16666 is a keter classed SCP as the 05 council members have got to work out the case of this SCP And it's strength.

It was like any other day just working for the military since my job as being a nine tailed fox unit did not go so well.Me and the squad were headed to search the battlegrounds for any remains of guns or useful items for our next mission.We didn't find that much all we found was an AR-15 with 2 ammo cartridges,But there was this one paper that seems like it was a century old.The drawing had this weird head of something which was green and blood was all over it.My friends just told me to leave it there and move on,But i know something must be wrong with that picture.How could anyone just randomly draw that,luckily i found the date on the back of the picture and it said May,13th,1927.I could not believe that we would let that picture get out of our heads if it is that old.So the brainless mind i had I just took it and kept it with me.At midnight around 2.00AM i heard some noise outside of our campus which i thought was just a raccoon or rabbit.I should've turned on the light because next day i woke up with my mates all covered in blood,Me just standing there out of shock i looked outside and words can not describe how i felt.There was a floating head that looks like the one from the drawing,I ran and ran until i got to the truck and just drove back home.2 days after the incident i went to the SCP Site and asked my ex-boss about what happened.Good thing i told him because now that drawing is locked up in the facility,And thank god nothing happened to me.
