Upon contact, a country [scaled down by the ratio 1:250,000] will appear on SCP-XXXX, the properties of the country depend on the design of SCP-XXXX. the coloring of the flag will not fade but any new colors will behave as if the flag is blank. If a flag of a country that existed in 1990 is placed on SCP-XXXX the country will ignore all rules and instead make a replica of the country as it was in 1990, scaled down so it fits on the flag. SCP-XXXX was found by undercover agent ████ posing as a worker in a mental hospital when one of the patients claimed to have a miniature civilization. this claim was looked into, leading agent ████ to find SCP-XXXX.
