SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES: SCP 4071 is to be kept within a 5x5x5 meter room, with flammable substances poured daily in the room. If A contained breach occurs, Class 3 Security Personnel are to be armed with Type 93 Flamethrowers to detain SCP 4071. Any sudden behavior changes should be immediately reported to any personnel that has experience with Physics and Gravity. No human person above age 25 should be allowed within SCP 4071's chamber. Attempts to do so will lead to crude fatalities, them being; raptured necks, asphyxiation, dry-land drowning, and in rare cases, (DATA EXPUNGED).
DESCRIPTION: SCP 4071 is a Mannequin with a male stature. It is abnormally 7 feet tall, with a width of 1.5 feet. It finds an extreme connection to children, conversing to them. Subjects appear to be in a trance, responding in an undecipherable code. SCP is afraid of flammable substances, due to its material composition, of plastic and light metal. When out of its containment, it can be seen conversing with personnel above the age of 25. Testing with D-class personnel above age 25 must be given strike on box matches to prohibit death of the subject. SCP 4071 can be used of assistance to repairs on the foundation, but, there must be matches within the room it works within. Therefore, all Security personnel has a set of 32 matches within their supply pouches. SCP 4071 can appear as human, exhibiting pain, death, and emotion. However, SCP 4071 can regenerate its wounds and skin, and life, after termination. Fear of any incendiary properties is, to theory, of immediately melting into nothing- therefore stopping its life. SCP 4071 does have a female counterpart, however, it is unknown of her location.
Discovery: SCP 4071 was presumed dead in a Saloon in the year 1888 when 6 0.357 rounds were fired into his framework, 2 in the head, 3 in the left leg, and on where a humans heart would be within. At his funeral, he was realized to not be in his coffin and was found in other duels. He was eventually robbed by 3 thieves, which claimed to have lost thief ones' arm and decapitated, as well as thief 2 losing both legs. the Remaining thief suffered a bullet in the arm. On September 11th of 2001, The Mannequin was seen impaled by several rocks in the chest and sent to the hospital, which they found He was a male, and was not human, upon this, the SCP Foundation released amnestics and
(DATA EXPUNGED), and took SCP 4071 along with them.

SCP 4071 is now classified Safe, and if the reports are true, Thaumiel will also be SCP 4071.

Incident 99254071: After 3 D-class subjects were administered, the Matured Subject was neutralized (DAY 3) by (DATA EXPUNGED) When Confronted with an Animal or Child, SCP-4071 is a Safe-class, as opposed to mature exposure, being a Keter Class.
