Description: SCP-XXXX is a bipedal dragon-like anomoly. At a SCP containment facility deep in the frozen tundra of Antarctica, a three-headed winged serpent of ancient yet unknown origin lies frozen within a glacial tomb of ice. This is without question the largest superspecies ever discovered, easily dwarfing SCP-682 at a height of over five-hundred feet tall. A massive storm system surrounds the facility. Studies show that the storm system is somehow conected to SCP-XXXX. It has seven horns on each of its heads. Its tails are about 245 meters long, with a club with spikes at the end of both of them. It has dozens of long hair-like things behind the horns.
Studies show that SCP-XXXX was feared by ancient civilizations.From the Hydra to the Rainbow Serpent, myth was the compass that led us to the resting place of the three-headed Titan. A name, unspoken through millennia of whispered nightmares. A living extinction event, named “the one who is many”. We call it Monster Zero. Its scales are gold and have some burn marks scattered around its body. It has digitigrade legs and has avient feet. Drawings drew by ancient civilizations show it shooting gravity beams. These names show that it was and/or might be benevolent, maybe it was alien. Cranial scans reveal a divergent frontal lobe density in the brains of the three heads, denoting each head has disparate levels of cognitive functions, and possibly even independent thought. Muscle tendons on the wings are so hyper-tensile that their massive aerodynamics could generate hurricane-force winds when in flight. Coupled with its body’s electro-receptor molecular biology capable of conducting electrical currents, water vapor in the air would be heated at extreme levels creating its own localized storm system as it travels. Simply put, if SCP-5XXX were to fly again, the stratosphere would be torn open by an otherworldly tempest of thunder and lightning our sky has never seen. Cryptolinguistics has analyzed translations of every worldwide case study of SCP-5XXX in the SCP database across tens of thousands of years.
Ghidorah, translated by Dr. Ilene Chen to mean One Who Is Many, was believed by ancient civilizations to be a god who fell from the heavens eons ago. In actuality, he is an extraterrestrial being from an unknown world. Sightings of the three-headed dragon throughout history became the inspiration for mythologies, such as the Lernaean Hydra of Ancient Greece or the Yamata no Orochi of Japanese mythology. At some unknown point in time, Ghidorah became imprisoned in the glacier of Antarctica, where he laid dormant for countless centuries.
This things soul purpose is to hunt, kill, destroy. It can shoot its Gravity Beams for defense or offence. It needs enormous wings to support its weight. Its legs and and feet are bulky (kind of) to support its weight. We don't know why it's here, or how it got here, but one thing we know is, is that it is here and it's very dangerous.
Researchers in Antarctica were exploring a massive cave system. One of the researchers fell into a large hole in the ice. That's when he found Ghidorah, stuck in the ice. He was terrified when he saw the golden beast. The other man couldn't get him out. Ghidorah opened its eyes. It broke through the ice but was still stuck thousands of feet under solid ice. So the two men were stuck with it. One of the men ran but one of the heads saw him and swallowed him whole. The middle head shot its gravity beams. Bright yellow energy flowing through the monster. All three heads were shooting the gravity beams now. The man in the hole was still stuck. The monster didn't know this yet though. So the man tried climbing out, but he fell. The monster heard this and went in for the kill. It ate him.
