Special Containment Procedures: SCP XXXX 1-6 are to be stored in a standard small pencil container and require permission from personnel of level 3 or higher to be used. A non-anomalous pencil sharpener is to be stored alongside instances of SCP XXXX.

Description: SCP XXXX-1-6 are 7 6 (See Incident Report XXXX-1) standard sized, wooden pencils containing a strip of lead graphite. SCP XXXX-1-6 anomalous effects become apparent when the item is picked and gripped properly in a writing position SCP XXXX-1-6 will trigger event SCP XXXX-LP. SCP XXXX-1-6 are different physical entities that appear to centre around 1 nonphysical entity.

Event SCP XXXX-LP is when an instance of SCP XXXX takes the body of the individual who correctly gripped an instance of SCP XXXX and uses it as a host. Event SCP XXXX-LP causes an individual to become docile to an instance SCP XXXX, any individual going through Event XXXX-LP will assume an abnormally sitting position on any surface with excessive posture despite whether the individual could not be put in this position because of spine structure. Subjects going through Event XXXX-LP will begin writing with the instance of SCP XXXX so long as writing material is provided. The individual's eyes will also be closed and do not respond to any visual stimulus or physical stimulus. Subjects in Event SCP XXXX-LP are deprived of sensory information and upon exiting Event SCP XXXX-LP subjects report no memory of what occurred during SCP XXXX-LP.

During the event, XXXX-LP subjects holding an instance of SCP XXXX will answer questions prompted towards the subject going through event XXXX-LP. Questions must be obtained by the hosted subject through audio any other forms of communication do not work. Hosted subjects will either answer the question given or not respond to the question. Guidelines below highlight what questions are usually not answered.

+ SCP XXXX Question Guidelines

The following must be adhered to for SCP XXXX-1-6 to respond:
1. The interviewer must have visually seen the hosted subject before or during event XXXX-LP at any stage in time.
2. The questions must not be of personal nature relating to the hosted subject, they will be unanswered.
3. The appropriate length of writing material must be provided to SCP XXXX-1-6 in relation to the length of an answer to a question. If the writing material is not enough the question will remain incomplete until the appropriate amount of writing material has been provided Event XXXX-LP will not end until the pencil is removed forcefully or until the question is answered.
4. Questions given to a subject going through event XXXX-LP must be obtained by the hosted subject as audio.
5. Any questions must be spoken in English any other language will not be answered to.
6. If questions are deemed unanswerable this will trigger event XXXX-LP-T and should not be asked again. ]

Testing shows that SCP XXXX-1-6 sentience is immeasurable and that the knowledge contained by SCP XXXX-1-6 is also immeasurable. However, SCP XXXX-1-6 shows that it is aware of the power of information and does not give answers to questions that could complicate social, biological and theoretical aspects of life, (See Interview XXXX-1)

SCP XXXX-1-6 appears to have a threshold of irritability towards certain questions as it goes through Event XXXX-LP-T as it freely chooses.

+ Event XXXX-LP-T

Event XXXX-LP-T is triggered when SCP XXXX is irritated by a certain question, as to why the question irritates SCP XXXX is unknown and is decided by SCP XXXX itself.

When Event XXXX-LP-T is triggered the host will begin writing out "SELF TERMINATION" on its given writing material and will continue to trace over the letters with exponentially increasing force until the lead of the pencil snaps in which case will both end Event XXXX-LP-T and Event XXXX-LP

Recovery Annendum XXXX-A1: SCP XXXX-1-7 were recovered from a liquidation event at Site ██ after Agent ██████ gripped one of the pencils and caused event XXXX-LP and was asked "are you alright" by Agent ████ to which Agent ██████ grabbed out his notepad and wrote down "I cannot answer that"
