The cell is to be guarded by no less than 4 armed guards equipped with M4 assault rifles, titanium-tipped munitions, and 1000 lumen flashlights. Personnel exposed to SCP-XXXX's memetic effects are to be administered Class-A amnestics. Personnel monitoring SCP-XXXX are to be rotated out bi-weekly.
