Special Containment Procedures: All areas intended for transportation (e.g. roads, walkways, trails, etc.) known to be affected by SCP-XXXX must be monitored until the effect dissipates. Until then, any affected locations are to be designated SCP-XXXX-1. Any locations suspected to host an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 must be traversed by a team of no less than two D-Class personnel. If the location is affected refer back to the previous instructions. It is important to note that it is not currently known if an action done while inside an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 has any effect on the present, and as a result personnel are advised to take extreme caution when traversing SCP-XXXX-1.

If a civilian has entered an instance of SCP-XXXX-1, a subset of MTF Lambda-5 ("White Rabbits") is to be dispatched. Once the civilian has been found they are to be given Class-A through Class-C amnestics, depending on the duration of time spent inside SCP-XXXX-1.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a phenomenon that affects roads, pathways, or any other location intended for transportation. Affected locations are shown to be originating from the epicenter of, Rome, Italy, and slowly dissipate the further away a location is from the epicenter. The data collected regarding SCP-XXXX tend to show periods of waxing and waning, spreading further out from the epicenter during a waxing period, and staying closer during a waning period.
