Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-[xxxx] must be held within a standard humanoid cell at site-49
SCP-[xxxx] must be observed at all times of the day by personnel and be interacted with to keep SCP-[xxxx] calm. D-class personnel is to bring SCP-[xxxx] meals and communicate with him.
SCP-[xxxx] is allowed to roam in a designated area of the facility but must be heavily guarded by 4 personnel when wandering the facility and spoken to in a calm and slow manner for him to understand and follow orders.
Description
SCP-[xxxx] also known as Anthony ███████ has an anomalous effect that allows himself to self-heal, it was discovered after being injured in the facilities breakroom with a kitchen knife in the left lumbar for it to immediately heal, SCP-[xxxx] is also capable to control any animate or inanimate object with a silhouette of humanoid or animalistic features similar to a puppet and is even capable of speech origins of voice for inanimate objects is yet unknown.
SCP-[xxxx] is a 16-year-old male of Hispanic descent at a height of 172 cm with a weight of 240 pounds wearing a white mask, asking to remove the mask was denied by the SCP, when forced to remove the mask by D-class personnel caused the SCP to panic having a mental breakdown causing the D-class and 4 other personnel in a 5-meter radius to cease movement as they started to injure themselves killing the D-class, and hospitalizing 3 personnel in the process.
SCP-[xxxx] was later diagnosed to have autism with ASD and ADHD. SCP-4583 was later given medication in order for him to fall asleep at a designated bedtime due to him having insomnia.
Discovery
SCP-[xxxx] was discovered in███████ ████████████ 07/██/2019 in a police station in questioning for the deaths of three 16-year-old boys, The cause of death was strangulation, ██████████████████
██████████████████. SCP-[xxxx] had no bruises or wounds. During recovery, personnel notices the police officers who were questioning the SCP were frozen in place as SCP-[xxxx] was curled up in the corner scared. Personnel was ordered to tranquilize SCP-[xxxx] and give anesthetics to the police officers.

The interview with Scp 4583 was held by dr henry and personnel on day 1 when Scp-[xxxx] arrived at the facility

Dr. Henry: “hello Scp [xxxx] how are you feeling today”[xxxx] stays silent
Dr. Henry:” would you answer me”

Dr. Henry: “Scp [xxxx] if you do not answer me you will be placed back in your cell!”
As dr henry finished his sentence one of the guards would slowly walk over besides [xxxx] and start speaking in a child-like tune

[Update]
SCP-[xxxx] has requested to roam the facility after growing tired of staying in his cell and was denied which lead to a breach after growing tired of the cell. SCP-[xxxx] was found in the breakroom holding a kitchen knife. It took 5 staff personnel to stop and tranquilize SCP-[xxxx] but was injured which lead to the discovery of his second anomalous effect. SCP-[xxxx]’s request was later approved by site personnel to prevent further breaches but must be heavily guarded.
SCP-[xxxx] is allowed to be awarded with ice cream, pizza or occasionally a pat on the head when done a good job or completing a task and test ordered by personnel.
SCP-[xxxx] has occasionally shown his face and spoken to certain staff he feels comfortable with and has shown improvement in controlling personnel which could be reliable in capturing escaped D-class. SCP-[xxxx] was assigned to dr. Kim to check in with once weekly.
Interview 2
The interview was held by dr. Kim

D-class: “so what do you want me for and it better be good”
Dr. Kim: “just sit next to SCP-[xxxx]”
D-class: “the kid over there is an SCP? This has to be a joke but fine”
The D-class would walk towards the SCP and ceases movementDr. Kim: “perfect now how are you feeling SCP-[xxxx]?”
D-class: "I to be called Anthony I don’t like the numbers”
Dr. Kim: “alright I’ll make sure to do so, now I’m going to ask you a couple of questions and please answer to the best of your ability”
D-class: “ok “
Dr. Kim: “now do you understand about your anomalous effect Anthony?”
D-class: “uh I can make things to puppets, right?”
Dr. Kim: “yes that’s correct now next question what do you remember about your parents?”
Scp [xxxx] and the D-class would stay silent
Dr. Kim: “Anthony?”
Scp [xxxx] would start crying through the D-class
Dr. Kim: “Anthony what's the matter?”

After the interview information about the parents, the SCP has shown that the mother Elizabeth ████████ was found dead in her living with her abdomen cut open by the father john ████████ who received death row and was later discovered to be a D-class at site-██.
Addendum b
SCP-[xxxx] was discovered to be able to control a few SCP’s but when an experiment with SCP-682 to see if it was possible to control the damn lizard it only lasted 5 minutes after the experiment SCP-[xxxx] passed out for 5 hours further experiments with SCP-682 is to be denied.
Experiment log
The following is a list of tests for SCP-[xxxx].
SCP-420-j is denied. [note] SCP-[xxxx] is still a minor and could damage or harm his brain
SCP-053 approved. [test results] when SCP-[xxxx] was put in the same room as SCP-053, after 10 minutes SCP-[xxxx] showed no signs of panic and had no intention to harm SCP-053 but surprisingly had 3 heart-attacks for it to immediately heal in a minute. During the test, SCP-[xxxx] would make the stuffed animals in SCP-053’s room come to life and start moving around in a small parade.
[note] I would be lying if I didn’t say that was the most cutest thing I have ever seen
SCP-173 approved. [test results] SCP-[xxxx] was placed in SCP-173’s containment cell with 3 D-class personnel. SCP-[xxxx] was able to to keep SCP-173 still for the duration of the test, the D-class and SCP-[xxxx] were able to blink without SCP-173 moving but after the test SCP-[xxxx] would state “my head hurts too much” and would then pass out.
Interview 3
[Audio log begin]
Dr. Kim: “hello Anthony how are you feeling?”
D-class: “I am good I think?”
Dr. Kim: “alright now how do you feel about the foundation and would you be able to talk instead of the D-class?”
[xxxx] would talk a moment to think as the D-class collapses
SCP-[xxxx]: “ok… doctor”
Dr. Kim: good now I’ll ask again how do you feel about the foundation?”
SCP-[xxxx]: “uh I like it here but it sometimes gets too bright and it hurts my eyes but I..uh can get used to it I think?”
Dr. Kim: “alright but let the staff or me know if it does bother you ok?”
SCP-[xxxx]: “ok”
Dr. Kim: “next question why do you wear a mask and only show to certain staff?”
SCP-[xxxx]: “I uh I feel scared showing my face because I uh think they’ll make fun of me for how I look”
Dr. Kim: “I promise you no will make fun of you”
SCP-[xxxx]: ok Dr. Kim
Dr. Kim: “ok now tell about the tests we had you do?”
SCP-[xxxx]: “uh…Mr. lizard was scary and uh I… don’t remember what happened next”
Dr. Kim: “you passed out now can you tell me about the test with SCP-053?”

Dr. Kim: “the young girl we put you with”
SCP-[xxxx]: “oh uh she was nice I had fun with her and we had a parade with the stuffed animals it was really fun will I get to see her again?”
Dr. Kim: “we’ll have to see ok Anthony, but we did notice you didn’t panic around her but you did die 3 times though”
SCP-[xxxx]: “I died…no I was taking a nap”
Dr. Kim: “ok Anthony, now do you have any desire to leave the foundation?”
[xxxx] would take a moment to think
SCP-[xxxx]: “no I like it here the people with the helmets are nice as well as the uh the people with the orange clothes they play board games and draw with me it's fun”

SCP-[xxxx] had no intention of leaving the foundation but when the SCP was told he died he believes that he didn’t but instead was “taking a nap”. SCP-[xxxx] may not have the concept of his own death which may be a good thing.
[note] Hopefully, he’ll feel more comfortable with the staff to get rid of the mask, but I have to say that SCP-[xxxx] has cheered up staff and a few D-class. They almost treat him as if he was there sibling or child.
