Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4938 is to be contained in a custom made Safe-class container made out of lead to stop SCP-4938 from sending and receiving phone signals. Use with SCP-4938 should be limited to 1 hour upon human skin contact, if exposure with SCP-4938 should last longer than an hour without 05 council approval the subject will be terminated on site.
Description: SCP-4938 is a grey smartphone with no manufacturer logo or other significant symbols or text, its dimensions are 5 inches in length by 3.5 inches in width and 1/4 inches in height. The device at first seems to be normal however with user the phone there appears to be an app on the phone that is not titled it is simply a blue square. When the blue square is pushed the phone will reboot at which time a new screen will show up a black screen with five buttons at the bottom and a big X in the middle of the screen. The user operating the phone will begin to notice that if they look at an object that is electronic in nature that the X on the phone will turn blue and text will appear over it saying control. Upon pressing the X while blue the user will gain control of the electronic device and the X will turn red, if the user presses the X while red they will lose control of the electronic device and lose one out of five bars on the phone. Once out of bars the screen will show a battery with a lighting bolt going through it. After a 30 second interval the phone will return to the screen with the blue X. The other five buttons on the black screen is a button the reads blackout, if the blackout button is pushed all electronic devices in a one hundred meter radius of the phone will cease functions for one minute after the minute mark all affected devices in the one hundred meter are will resume function. The second button is titled disruption when this button is pushed any electronic device in a one hundred meter radius from the phone will still be functional but will act unusual security cameras will begin to talk to personal that walk by them even thought Foundation cameras are not installed with speakers, electronic doors will doors will open when no one is viewing them but close when someone makes eye contact and any A.I systems will begin to order philosophical advice electronic devices will act different when this button is pushed but as soon as one minute has passed after the user has pushed the disruption button all electronic devices resume normal function. The last three buttons are a file button that show the user all the files they have obtained from the devices they have gained access to a help button that shows the user how to use the phone in the control mode as it calls it and an exit button which upon activation will close the program and be booted back to the lock screen of the phone. The phone does not charge between "controls" and using the five charges is the only way to return the device to a full battery. The phone is able to gain control of any electronics granted the user is looking at it before pressing the blue button when the button is red the user can break their stare with the object , when a device is under control the user is able to control it with their mind until they press the red button. However this is different for each device as for opening a door a user just has to think about it while if the user controls a camera the user can simply see from which point the camera is looking at and change where the camera looks and the zoom and if the users controls a electronic device that contains word documents, music, photos and voice recordings the user will get a clear image in their head of the device and all the documents that is contained on it and is free to download any files they wish to on the phone. SCP-4938 has normal attributes of a phone when the control mode is not engaged it has a 8 hour battery and must be charged according, has a limited amount of storage and will warn users when it is almost full, has a camera, microphone, speakers, audio jack and a charging port. When the control mode is engaged the phone seems to have an unlimited amount of storage and doesn't need to be charged. However SCP - 4938 can still take physical damage and still break, parts should be replaced upon any damage occurring to SCP-4938. If any other groups of interests especially Anderson Robotic's should discover SCP-4938 location all on site personal are given permission to destroy SCP-4938 by using the on site nuke. If by any chance SCP-4938 should fall into the hands of any one else except the Foundation wooden door protocol1 will be enacted. Under no circumstance should SCP-4938 be left alone with another SCP. Any and all phones containing SCP-4938 will be destroyed.
Description:As per the article above everything about SCP-4938 is true however SCP-4938 is not a phone but is a file on the phone meaning that the true form of SCP-4938 is a digital file that downloads it's self on to any nearby smartphones. It appears that SCP-4938 can only download itself onto to other smartphones and is able to spread itself like a virus. It also appears that through close proximity with the original SCP-4938 the phone will be able to send a message to any nearby phone. This signal that SCP-4938 sends out is somehow able to penetrate through anything even lead which is know to stop the transmission of phone signals. When any phone that contains SCP-4938 is in contact with a human subject longer than two hours the subject possessing a phone with SCP-4938 will suddenly have the urge to attach their phone to their body this slowly starts a cycle that last exact twenty two hours and evokes the human invected with SCP-4938 slow transforming into a cyborg
