Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently inhabiting Universe #56875-1AC. SCP-XXXX has currently displayed either no ability or no desire to depart this universe. Therefore as long as SCP-XXXX remains within this universe, it shall be considered by all iterations of the SCP Foundation as contained. All Foundation members of Universe #56875-1AC are to ensure that SCP-XXXX does not break containment, by any means necessary.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a multiversal singularity of unknown origin, power, and form currently residing with Universe #56875-1AC. SCP-XXXX does not exist within any other section of the multiverse at this time, although records of its existence appear on all iterations of the Foundation database.
Current descriptions of SCP-XXXX indicate that it is an immortal entity that currently lacks a physical body. SCP-XXXX frequently displays knowledge consistent of that with beings inhabiting higher planes of existence, but it does not currently have the ability to impact our reality in the same way as higher planal beings.

Special Containment Procedures: Containment of SCP-XXXX is currently impossible. Any person affected by SCP-XXXX is urged to ignore its advances. Any information given to Foundation Personnel by SCP-XXXX is to be considered false, and should be completely disregarded. All sightings of SCP-XXXX are to be reported to the most senior staff member on site immediately after appearance.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a cognitohazardous entity that manifests with the mind or minds of multiple humans at the will of the entity. SCP-XXXX appears as a humanoid with extremely slender proportions and elongated limbs. The entity appears to be wearing clothing typically associated with 1920s Showm3n. The visible portions of the entity’s body are completely black in color. The entity’s visible eye and mouth are colored white. SCP-XXXX wears a large top hat on its head, which is worn at an angle to hide its right eye. SCP-XXXX is often seen carrying a show cane, which it often uses for dramatic effect. The entity’s movement has been compared to “stop motion animation” and its voice has been described as one belonging to an African American male.
When SCP-XXXX manifests within the mind of a human, it will begin to speak with them in a casual manner. The entity will begin to gather information on the victim through interrogation. When this interrogation is finished, the entity will attempt to bribe the victim into joining it in its “narrative”. If the victim accepts this offer, they will be given a task by the entity. These tasks range from mundane changes to a daily routine to complete breaches of SCP containment.
If the victim rejects SCP-XXXX’s offer, the entity will vanish of its own will. In roughly 10% of cases, however, rejections have resulted in continual harassment by the entity until the victim accepts the offer. If the victim accepts the offer but does not perform the given task, the entity will begin to modify their perception of the world until they have completed the given task. Class A Amnestics have proven capable of stopping SCP-XXXX’s harrassment, but this is only a temporary solution.
SCP-XXXX’s goal in these tasks is currently unknown. If an individual knows about SCP-XXXX, there is a much higher likelihood that it will manifest within their minds. SCP-XXXX has currently only manifested within the minds of Foundation personnel, and there have been no reports of its actions on the general population. It should not be assumed from this information that it cannot manifest anywhere to anyone, as the true abilities of SCP-XXXX have not yet been tested.

After performing extensive research into this SCP-XXXX, I can find no record of its existence. There have been no reports of its appearance or study within any of our records. There is no evidence pointing towards the likelihood that this entity is an antimeme, nor is that possibility indicated within the article.
I move that this article be deleted based upon a lack of evidence.

I find this request to be ignorant, idiotic, and completely unwarranted. I suggest that Dr. Rafael be immediately subjected to psychiatric evaluation and probed for influence by the SCP in question.
Additional Message Notes: When questioned by other council members on this decision, 05-11 expressed confusion over the subject. It was then discovered that O5-11 had not yet opened the request for deletion, and would have no way of responding to it. Investigation into SCP-XXXX’s true nature was immediately ordered by the O5 council.

Date: March 13th, 2020
SCP(s) Involved: SCP-XXXX, SCP-682
SCP-XXXX manifested within the mind of Researcher Jefferson, who was overseeing containment of SCP-682. SCP-XXXX offered Researcher Jefferson a large golden ring, apparently having belonged to a deceased family member. Researcher Jefferson accepts the offer, and proceeds to the containment chamber of SCP-682.
Security feeds show Researcher Jefferson approach the containment chamber of SCP-682. Jefferson is observed to be disabling the acid bath that contained 682. An MTF is dispatched and terminates Jefferson, and attempts to refill the acid bath. SCP-682 breaks containment and kills the MTF before they can do so. The resulting breach lasts for 8 hours before SCP-682 is contained. 87 deaths were reported in this time frame.

No containment breach of SCP-682 was reported during this time frame. Investigation into the nature of SCP-XXXX is ongoing.

While an SCP-682 breach of containment was reported at the time of this document, the breach was determined to be of a different cause entirely. There are no records of a Researcher Jefferson assigned to 682’s containment.

Upon investigation, there are no records of SCP-682’s containment chamber ever existing within Foundation custody. What this document is referring to is unknown. SCP-682’s document exists within the database, but no physical record of it exists.

Following the series of notes, a meeting of the O5 Council was called in order to discuss the matter of SCP-XXXX.
05-06: The notion that SCP-XXXX does not exist is cause for concern, but claims that 682 does not exist? That is simply preposterous. Something strange is happening here, stranger than normal.
O5-10: All I want to know is what the hell this thing is. I don’t care about 682, or whether it exists or not. This object could be a reality bender, and a powerful one at that.
O5-09: Unlikely. Why would it need to convince people to do these tasks if it could just will them out of existence entirely? Why would it release 682 and then erase it from existence?
05-07: Let us not get caught up in attempting to apply logic to the illogical.
05-01: Investigation of SCP-XXXX is of extreme importance. This entity has the potential ability to bring down reality as we know it. The fact that we do not know what it is or what it wants is deeply troubling.

We are collapsing. I can only pray that you all receive this information now. If my theory is correct, every O5 Council across the multiverse will receive my warning.
Our multiverse is fractured. The Foundation. Our worlds. They all exist on a single plane, one common reality that holds all of our practices, entities, lives, and stories. We are not the bottom of the plane, nor are we the top. There are things above us, things beyond our understanding of how the universe works. Some planes exist concurrent with ours, though we cannot interact with them. Some beings can access these concurrent dimensions, like 093 or 106. But these planes are not like ours. They are whole. Our plane is not hole.
For some reason, our plane is fractured. Broken into thousands, if not millions of pieces that each contain its own version of the Foundation and the SCPs that it contains. This is why some universes lack SCP-682, and some do not. Entities exist on some pieces, but not on others. There is no telling of how many SCPs actually exist within our individual pieces, or what has been breaking them in the first place.
This thing, this being, whatever it is, is a singularity. Only one of it exists within one place on our plane, and it exists within my corner of it. That is why none of you found it. What this thing does in our reality is of no importance to the rest of the multiverse. Our Foundation is almost dead anyway because of it. But I've found a way to keep it here, at least for a little while. This thing, it knows the nature of our universe. It knows about our fractured plane, it knows why we are fractured, yet it still exists on our plane.
But it doesn't want to. It was to get higher. It wants to look upon our fractured, fractylic universe from above, and dip its meddling fingers into all of our realities. It has crafted our universe into a horrible, twisted version of itself that it calls a "narrative". It wants to subject all realities to this narrative, and if it is able to get to a higher plane, it will do so.

By order of the O5 Council, this document has been rewritten to reflect the current reality of SCP-XXXX. It is unknown how much information relayed by Dr. Gideon is true, but it shall be taken as fact until conflicting evidence arises.
