Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-4XXX is currently contained inside an apartment on the thirteenth floor of ████ ████████ Street in Buenos Aires, Argentina (SCP-4XXX-A) The apartments directly below SCP-4XXX-A are rented by undercover Foundation operatives and, together with SCP-4XXX-A, constitute Site-███. The section of sidewalk beneath SCP-4XXX-A's balcony is to be closed off under the pretense of long-term sewer work and is to be considered an exclusion zone. Armed guards shall be stationed on the first several floors of Site-███ in order to neutralize any person that walks into the exclusion zone. Any deaths resulting from exclusion zone operations are to be reported as relating to gang violence.
At least one D-Class is to be housed in Site-███ with at least two redundant implants designed to administer a lethal injection of potassium chloride upon command. At least one other D-Class in good health is also to be housed in Site-███ ready to immediately replace the active, implanted D-Class.
Every 5 to 15 years, Site-███ is to be moved to another apartment by Procedure DOGWALKER, with the new apartment being designated as the next instance of SCP-4XXX-A. The previous apartment is to be neutralized by either complete destruction or permanently filling in its window.
In the event of containment breach of SCP-4XXX, Procedure DOGCATCHER is to be enacted immediately.
Site-███ personnel are permitted to interact with SCP-4XXX and it is to be provided with accommodations reasonable for a non-anomalous poodle. Under no circumstances may SCP-4XXX be removed from the Site-███ apartments. Any abuse or neglect of SCP-4XXX warrants punishment up to and including termination.
