When subject wear SCP-XXXX (designate as SCP-XXXX-1) will cover the subject head and neck, then SCP-XXXX-1 muscle mass will increase by 85% with their IQ increase by 75, SCP-XXXX-1 also have the ability to simultaneously create anything if SCP-XXXX-1 has pockets, this anomalous ability is still unknown but it has been hypothesis that SCP-XXXX allows SCP-XXXX-1 to collect matter around it surroundings and change the matter into whatever SCP-XXXX-1 wants.
