Description: SCP-5562, also known as "The Projectionist", is a humanoid figure whose body is made up of various cinematic horror film tapes, including The Shining, Annabelle, and Misery Must Not Die. As a head it has a projector, similar to those of the 1960s. SCP-5562 roams the UCI Cinemas in Campi Bisenzio (Italy) typically from 1:07 am to 7:35 am, then seemingly disappears until it's 1:07 am again.
SCP-5562 is neutral for most of the time, walking around the building emitting a white glow from the projector, which has a 4:3 aspect ratio. If a person or animal obstructs the glow, SCP-5562 emits a sound similar to a distorted scream and then starts rushing at great speed towards the victim responsible for the obstruction in an attempt to stare at him with the projector in the eyes. This causes the victim to be blinded, nauseated and, if contact is prolonged beyond 15 seconds, the of the victim's eyes will melt and the victim will die. After that, SCP-5562 slowly returns to roam the building.

SCP-5562's scream
It may happen that, during its neutral phase, SCP-5562 finds film reels in one of the projection rooms. In this case, SCP-5562 inserts such reels into the apposite slots of its projector, positions itself in front of a wall and begins to project the film contained in the inserted reels. During this projection phase, SCP-5562 remains completely motionless for the entire duration of the film. At the end of the projection, SCP-5562 may sometimes emit the already mentioned sound or may not, the motivation behind this choice is still unknown. After that, SCP-5562 removes the reels from the slots and returns to its neutral phase by starting to roam the building again.

Addendum: On the night of April 15, 2019, a security guard on the night shift was killed by SCP-5562. The police found him on the ground in one of the cinema's screening rooms, with his eyes melted and his mouth open, apparently in the middle of a scream. The staff of the SCP Foundation arrived at the cinema and took the body which is now preserved at the Italian SCP facility. Since then, the cinema is kept under control by SCP personnel during the night.
