Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-9965 is to be kept in a sealed 5" by 5" metal cube at all times. It is not to come into contact with any non-metallic surfaces, or liquids, and its containment box is to be checked for cracks and holes daily. If any personnel are to come into contact with SCP-9965, they are to be terminated immediately.

Description:
SCP-9965 resembles a miniature spray paint can, originally discovered in a sealed bank vault in ████ █████.
When placed in an open room, SCP-9965 will begin excreting a paint-like substance, designated SCP-9965-1. SCP-9965 will continue excreting SCP-9965-1, until the entirety of the space it is in is full. If SCP-9965 is not stored within a sealed container, SCP-9965-1 will continue to spread, and seems to be able to stretch itself infinitely.
Upon making physical contact with SCP-9965-1, said persons pores immediately start absorb SCP-9965-1.They will experience severe pain, which will last until their body is completely filled with SCP-9965-1. Persons who have reached this state, designated SCP-9965-2, have been observed continuing life functions, and are able to spread SCP-9965-1 through physical contact with another organism.

SCP-9965 was placed in a variety of liquids, to test SCP-9965-1's response to other liquids, and if liquids could prevent SCP-9965-1 from being produced.
Result: SCP-9965 began producing SCP-9965-1, at much faster rate. SCP-9965-1 began moving much faster, and broke through the protective glass in the viewing chamber. Mobile Task Force Beta-97 "Paint Scrapers" arrived, and successfully contained the breach. All SCP-9965-2 instances were detained, and contained for future testing.
