“Cuddles” the ginger cat

Description: cuddles is a ginger house cat. He weighs in at 14lbs and is 30 inches in length. Cuddle’s origin is unknown and the reason behind its anomalous behaviour is also unknown.
I’m a relaxed state, cuddles appears to be a normal house cat but if it is in an agitated state caused by lack of affection, cuddle’s body swells up and expands to around 7 times its original sise.

NOTE: cuddle’s head,limbs,tail and organs all stay the same shape and sise apart from its lungs, which expand with the feline’s body.

Special containment procedures:
Cuddles containment is a 4m-4m-4m room furnished to look like a living room, it is to be cleaned weekly and a litter box is to be cleaned daily. Cuddles food bowls are to be refilled with standard cat food sachets 3 times a day. cuddles can be seen by all staff during breaks or any time they are off duty. In an event of an expansion, all personnel in the containment cell must lie on the floor and a small amount of scp999 fluid can be rubbed on cuddle’s in order to quickly return it to it’s previous sise.

NOTE:cuddles cannot be situated near scp’S with Euclid or higher classification because of it's destructive capabilities when expanding and run the risk is a Euclid or higher scp containment breach
