Special Containment Procedures: The peripheral area of the supposed space the city was in the country of Chile is to be closed with the necessary amount of food factories and "empty space" farming facilities, the area at the center of the facilities has to be monitored 24/7 in case of trespassers, any trespassers found in the area should be applied Class-C Amnesiacs, in the case of a trespasser remembering the city of ████████ they should be treated as an SCP-XXXX-A entity.
SCP-XXXX-A Entities are to be interviewed and asked about information respecting the supposed city at least 3 times a year by contact with an agent assigned to them, every interview needs to be finished by applying Class-C amnesiacs to the interviewed, as to prevent possible leaks of information from the foundation.
SCP-XXXX-A Entities information, pictures, objects or mementos that correspond to ████████ need to be presented to Dr. Delucchi and members of "R-4NC Operative" as to try to develop a report with specific information about what happened to the city.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a supposed city in the country of Chile, said by observers to be located between ███████ and ███ ████████ cities, the city has the supposed name of ████████, the real location of the supposed city is, in reality, a square of empty, flat soil and grass with no logical, physical or natural explanation, this space of 260,3 KM3 is currently occupied by foundation facilities.
Information got through the R-4NC Operative has determined that the supposed city was the capital of its respective state in the country of Chile, was a very populated city with a lot of activity, mainly with "Rodeo" activities being performed annually and having a history of previous battles during the Chilean War of Independence.
SCP-XXXX was discovered during an operative in the city of chile to retrieve [REDACTED], during the operation someone was found seemingly trying to "find" its house in the empty flat space, allegedly, no Agent in the operation or people around the area seemed to mind or really acknowledge the flat space, with many claiming that there was nothing there that they could remember aside from the human being who was seemingly lost, no Agent had memories of the occurrence, leading to the classification as SCP by the foundation to the person in question, after some time, as more information was delivered to the foundation about the city, the person was classified as an SCP-XXXX-A entity instead, and the city became the main SCP.
SCP-XXXX anomalous properties appear when a human is reminded of the existence of ████████, with most reactions being to instantly say that the city itself doesn't actually exist and trying to change the subject, if insisted, they will somehow convince every human on the conversation of the inexistence of ████████, after this, no human has been able to believe again that the city itself exists or existed.
When a human actually believes that they come from this city, they will have memories of the place and will eventually insist in the existence of the city, other humans in the conversation that doesn't believe it will eventually call the believer as an "Actor paid by ████ to scare people", humans that remember information about the city are qualified as SCP-XXXX-A Entities.
SCP-XXXX-A: SCP-XXXX-A are human entities that have memories or physical proof of the city existence, they can't be made to believe that the city doesn't exist by any means, as they will always remember at least something about it, SCP-XXXX-A range from every gender and age, with every single entity being from Chilean nationality and claiming to have been born or raised in the city of ████████, SCP-4891-A are to be cataloged by the foundation and to be let free to live their lives as members of society after the Foundation has gotten enough information about SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX-A claims about the city will not be believed by anyone who is not an SCP-XXXX-A entity, when two SCP-XXXX-A entities interact, they will often come with memories together and there has been a total of 2 recorded cases where two male SCP-XXXX-A entities knew each other but couldn't remember it before being reminded about SCP-XXXX existence.
SCP-XXXX-A entities will abandon any attempts to convince someone else about SCP-XXXX existence after some tries, with them only being able to continue conversations about SCP-XXXX only with other SCP-XXXX-A Entities. The number of attempts before an SCP-XXXX-A entity stops caring about SCP-XXXX believability differ from person to person, with 2 being the smallest recorded number and 23 being the highest.

<End Log>Closing Statement: Dr. Gutierrez was dismissed from the interview after he refused to believe anything Ms. Flores told him about the city, every listener eventually started refusing the existence of the city except for Dr. DeLucchi, who claimed afterward he actually could remember something, and took the interview from this point, getting an aerial picture of SCP-XXXX.
████████ City case seems to only be able to be worked by SCP-XXXX-A entities, all iterations of the city name had been censored to stop an accidental triggering of the anomalous effects, only SCP-XXXX-A entities can have access to the full name and information about the SCP-XXXX, that includes me and the whole body of R-4NC operative.
