Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX now resides in space, and is currently unable to be contained. In order to prevent the potential threat of new instances of SCP-XXXX being created, MTF Pi-1 ("City Slickers") are to track people previously diagnosed with Trypophobia. In the event that a person matching the description of PoI-XXXX is seen targeting people, the person is to be immediately subdued and taken in for questioning. Amnestics are then to be administered to any citizen who witnessed the incident.

Description: SCP-XXXX currently designates the corpse of Logan Holloway. SCP-XXXX does not experience normal decay. SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties causes various matter within a radius of it to disintegrate. The pattern of disintegration causes the formation of holes of various sizes. The radius of SCP-XXXX's effect is 6 meters, however, the range of SCP-XXXX's increases exponentially over time when left in the same area. SCP-XXXX's abilities can be slowed by Scantron Reality Anchors, but cannot be fully suppressed.

SCP-XXXX is Caucasian, being approximately 1.79 meters tall and weighing approximately 81.64 kilograms. SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX has multiple holes on its skin, inner organs, and clothes. Each of these holes are measured to be 1 cm in diameter and 1 cm in depth. Besides this, SCP-XXXX has shown no sign of decay. SCP-XXXX has a stab wound in his lower abdomen.

SCP-XXXX had died inside his apartment in Toronto, Canada, having been stabbed once in the lower abdomen. One month after, reports were made of holes forming on various gravestones and on the ground around SCP-XXXX's grave. SCP was then recovered by the Foundation on December 4, 20██, and witnesses were amnestized. SCP-XXXX was diagnosed with severe Trypophobia 6 months prior to his death.

SCP-XXXX was contained at Site-31 until January 6, 20██. During this period of time, SCP-XXXX's effects were mild. When the radius of SCP-XXXX's effects began to expand outside its containment cell, SCP-XXXX was relocated to Site-27. It was noticed SCP-XXXX had begun to create holes of a greater diameter and at a higher rate, but the range of its effects had decreased.

While stored at Site-27, Michael Greens, a lead researcher on SCP-XXXX, had died outside the containment cell. It was discovered that a hole had formed in his heart due to exposure to SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX was then relocated to Site-15 on August 5, 20██.

During the item's storage at Site-15, workers reported symptoms of air deprivation. It was discovered that SCP-XXXX's effects had caused several small spots in the Site to lack gaseous pressure, creating vacuums. After this incident, it was decided SCP-XXXX was no longer safe to store in normal facilities.

SCP-XXXX was then relocated to a remote spot underground. On July 30, 20██, a hole formed on the 40 meters above where SCP-XXXX was buried. Several other holes formed afterward, leading to the creation of a large pit after the span of 4 months. Due to this, SCP-XXXX was upgraded from Euclid to Keter and relocated to a new area underground on November 2, 20██.

On November 20, 20██, Dr. Levana, current project head of the SCP-XXXX, made the following proposal, which was later approved.

On January 3rd, 20██, Lily Martins, a woman in Austin, Texas, reported having been attacked by a man with a black knife, mentioning Logan Holloway. Lily Martins was interviewed by the Foundation and then amnestized. The man was designated as PoI-XXXX.

Due to what was stated, researches believe PoI-XXXX is attempting to create a new instance of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX's Containment Procedures have been revised due to this.

On January 29, 20██, a rocket was sent to track the current location and state of SCP-XXXX. Cameras outside of the ship found a that three blackholes had manifested surrounding the estimated location of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX was not located.
