Description: SCP-4024, otherwise known as The Iron Abomination is a giant object made of random scrap metal and parts, almost looking like it was meant to help people with construction or demolition. A giant steel cockpit in the middle of the object opens up to allow people to climb inside. When a person enters the steel container, it will shut tight and not open, the steel is too hard to open with but can crack or even open in certain scenarios, after the person is unconscious due to lack of oxygen SCP-4024 will activate and go on a rampage using the victim inside as fuel, slowly decomposing them. It will become dormant when the person is decomposed and no more fuel can be obtained from the victim. Every day it will gain a new piece of scrap that it adds to its body. Tests with other animals being put inside SCP-4024 have proven unsuccessful. The origins of SCP-4024 are mysterious, it was seen at a junkyard in Eugene, Oregon lying on top of a bunch of scrap. It was activated after a man entered its container and SCP-4024 activated and caused havoc in a local town, it was discovered later when the squad team Bravo-25 found it in the same junkyard, they took it in where it was tested.
