Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5000 is to be contained within a 200x25 tunnel. The tunnel containing SCP-5000 is to be filled with Sulphur Dioxide N3.0 toxic gas when other individuals are not present. The entire area of Site-5000 is currently considered SCP-500's containment area. 60% of Site-5000 is altered to be the containment chamber of SCP-5000 while the remaining 40% consists of catwalks, viewing room, control room, armories, and more, the 60% covering the site is isolated and are only accessible with a Clearance Level-4 or higher, Senior Researcher or higher is required to access the containment chamber of SCP-5000.
Description: Witnesses describe SCP-5000 as a nude, sexless, humanoid creature with arms and legs strongly out of proposition. SCP-5000 is also described to have big, white glowing dog like eyes with institutional white skin. SCP-5000 is said to look a lot like SCP-096 "The Shy Guy", however, low amounts of video footage and photos has been recovered from the tunnel containing SCP-5000.
SCP-5000 moves approximately fifty to one hundred fifty miles per hour. If SCP-5000 comes in contact with you or if victims fail to avoid eye contact, SCP-5000 will immediately disappear from the scene. Once spotted, victims will experience extreme paranoia, random bleeding, fever, muscle pain and weakness. Approximately 30 minutes after, victims will start vomiting blood and green liquid. At last taking their lives on the next opportunity given. Transferred from Site-19 to Site-5000 in 1973, the origin of the humanoid creature is still unknown until this day. SCP-5000's methods of hunting, eating, drinking, etc. is still unknown to this day. Testings of SCP-5000 has been halted due to recent events; classified to Clearance Level-5 Personnel and higher.
Incident Log 5000-A
Incident 5000-1: Agent ████ of the ██ was assigned to a task with 4 other ██ agents. The task included mass murder of Foundation personnel within a forest in northern Soviet Union. When they came to the place, the forest was empty, police forces and/or Spetznas was at the moment not on place and had most likely not received any reports of the incident. The 5 ██ agents immediately started investigating the incident and found no evidence of the incident. The victims consisted of 2 Security Department Senior Guards, 1 Mobile Task Force Iota-10 unit, 2 Senior Researchers, 1 Researcher, 3 Junior Researchers, 1 ███ Agent and 1 Ethics Committee Senior Committee member.
45 into research, SCP-5000 appeared behind a tree and the 5 ██ agents requested MTF backup for containment, SCP-5000 was chased down by Mobile Task Force Beta-7 "Maz Hatters" and later brought into Foundation containment.
Incident 5000-2: Dr. █████ was discovered dead from strangulation in a 2nd floor storage room. SCP-5000 was found outside of the facility just 2 days after and the method of the breach is still unknown till this day. SCP-5000 was later moved from Site-19 in 1973 to the new built Site-5000. And no breach occurrences has been reported until this day.
Test Log 5000-A:
Test 5000-1: Agent ████████ was conducting the first ever test on SCP-5000 14 days after its successful containment. 7 Class-D Personnel was assigned to enter the containment chamber after being briefed by Security Guard █████, all Class-D personnel was assigned with blankets, pillows, flashlights, food, water and other resources to survive approximately 4 days inside of the containment tunnel. Though only 6 hours in, SCP-5000 was spotted by 2 Class-D Personnel.
Test 5000-2:
One male D-Class personnel, D-6749, was ordered to open the door and threatened that he would be terminated on the spot for non-compliance. He refused, claiming that if he were to do so that SCP-5000 would [DATA EXPUNGED]. He was terminated on the spot.
Test 5000-3:
One female D-Class personnel, D-9358, that had witnessed the termination of D-9358, was ordered to open the door and threatened that she would be terminated on the spot for non-compliance. She refused, claiming that if she opened the door that SCP-5000 would [DATA EXPUNGED]. Researcher ████████ was visibly shaken by this claim. D-9358 was not terminated.
Addendum- 5/1/10: SCP-5000 appears to have claimed the 2nd floor tunnels as its own. It has so far disallowed any personnel entry to the room since 4/5/10. It leaves periodically to acquire Foundation property, which is then moved to the 2nd floor storage room. To date, the following list described all non-classified items taken by SCP-5000:
- Five blankets
- Three sets of Foundation surgical equipment
- Four flashlights
- One gasoline tank
- One ask of matches
- One container of powdered coffee creamer
- Thirteen bags of meat
- One bag of meatballs
- One bag of spaghetti
