General notice from the office of Senior Researcher Hasper
Some of you have expressed concern regarding a potential major information breach occurring as a result of an apparent lack of action by the Foundation. Whilst such concerns are valid, do not think that the Foundation is resting on its laurels. It is the view of myself and the senior administration that any attempt to eliminate public knowledge of SCP-XXXX would result in such deviance in human science and scientific thinking, as well as human history affected by the use of SCP-XXXX affected matter, that it would border on a CK-class restructuring scenario. The current policy of the Foundation in regards to SCP-XXXX is ensuring that no knowledge of the entity's anomalous nature is revealed to the public, whilst allowing whatever knowledge that has already been disseminated and utilized by civilians that do not utilize or reveal the anomalous properties of SCP-XXXX to remain, for the time being.
I acknowledge that this is frustrating, but the effects of SCP-XXXX have been known about by the public for over a century now and have seen many applications that have changed the world. It's not a matter of feeding some amnistics into the water or deleting some articles off the web. The true anomalous nature of SCP-XXXX has only recently been discovered by us, and it is this discovery by civilian scientists that we seek to prevent through Operation Molweide.
I also remind everyone that this is an evolving situation. not all the facts are known and research is ongoing. Do not treat this document as gospel, and pay attention for further updates. Until more concrete containment procedures are developed, treat this as a large-scale containment breach, and act appropriately.

Special Containment Procedures: Research is ongoing to determine methods of containment of the effects of SCP-XXXX. Research is also underway to determine the sapience of SCP-XXXX, and whether communication is possible. All progress is to be reported directly to Senior Researcher Hasper. Further changes to containment must be approved by Operation Molweide senior personnel.
Operation Molweide agents are to infiltrate civilian research surrounding nuclear mechanics and particle physics. they are to prevent any research which may reveal the anomalous properties of SCP-XXXX. In the event that a method is containment is found, Operation Molweide is to prevent the use of nuclear power, weapons, and all high energy physics research, as containment may result in a fundamental shift in the operation of matter at the atomic scale. Containment is only to be enacted once Operation Molweide confirms that containment will not cause an information breach.
Archived Procedures
No containment is necessary, SCP-XXXX has been deemed non-anomalous and reclassified as Explained. Research and information suppression efforts are to cease completely as of 1921/██/██. All applications of SCP-XXXX are also deemed non-anomalous.
Urgent notice from Senior Researcher Hasper
New information has shown that SCP-XXXX is, in fact, anomalous and exhibits features characteristic of control by a sentient entity. As of this notice, SCP-XXXX is reclassified as Keter. Expect major changes to the containment procedures and documentation in the future.
