Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be contained within an airtight room outfitted with a ventilation system and an observation room separated by bulletproof glass no less than 10cm in thickness. The entity is to be kept restrained with . The SCP is to be put into an induced coma for a minimum of 5 hours each day.

Protocol F9 Delta is to be implemented. Refer to Enclosed Document
All personnel assigned to SCP-XXXX are to be equipped with safety glasses. Access to SCP-XXXX is to be granted only upon approval from three Level 3 Researchers or the Site Director. Cognitohazard protocols are to be followed.
SCP-XXXX is currently uncontained. Revision in the containment protocols is required. Access to Dr.[REDACTED]’s research files is of utmost priority. Subject possesses telekinetic abilities proceed with extreme caution.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a biped 1.6m tall, weighing 90kgs. The entity possesses a pair of canine auditory receptors on the top of the cranium. The ocular organs resemble those of a human with the exception of canine pupils. The iris pigment is a deep hue of blue. The skeletal system matches a Homo Sapien, with the exception of a meter long extension of the spinal cord at the coccyx. This extension is covered with white hair.
SCP-XXXX possesses superhuman strength and is able to tear through a car door within seconds.
The entity possesses the ability to put people into a trance like state. This phenomenon manifests only if the subject views the pupils of SCP-XXXX directly without any impedance between the eyes of the subject and SCP-XXXX.
Tests reveal SCP-XXXX did not originate from this universe. Further research is necessary to determine the origin of SCP-XXXX.

SUBJECT: Reassignment
Dr.[REDACTED] is to be detained immediately upon reception of this message. Preliminary interrogation is to be conducted before transferring him to another site for further investigation.
FROM: O5 Command
TO: All Sites
SUBJECT: Level 5 Directive
Dr.[REDACTED] is to remain in Foundation employ and transported immediately to Site-62.
Addendum XXXX-C:
Dr.[REDACTED] disclosed to be a part of an organization known as Project MINERVA. He is believed to have conducted an undetermined number of anomalous research under this organization. He has agreed to discolse all research logs under the condition to continue his research under the Foundation.
Protocol F9 Delta
This protocol is to be enacted at sites where SCPs with cognitohazards affecting the ability of foundation personnel to maintain containment are located.
The protocol is only to be executed if Class A amnestics fail to neutralize the condition from the affected personnel.
All on-site personnel upto Level 3 are to undergo the scrutiny of this protocol. All personnel outside the scrutiny of this protocol are to be equipped with Foundation approved anti-cognitohazard gear.
Personnel requesting to access sites where F9 Delta is active are to undergo test F9 Delta-A.
F9 Delta A:
The test taker is to be scrutinized in four aspects in a written test to determine mental fortitude and resistance to congnitohazards.
This is to be done by using a series of control questions. If the subject scores below the required margins as per the SCP in question, the personnel is to be denied access.
An interview is also to be conducted in order to determine the length of time the personnel is to be allowed access to the site. The interview is to be conducted for personnel upto Level 2.
The personnel requesting access require approval from at least two Level 3 Foundation Researchers or the Site Director or an O5 Council member.
F9 Delta B:
This test is composed of questions related to the SCP contained in the site. The questions are to be formulated by two representatives chosen by the Site Director. The representatives are to remain off-site to avoid contamination of protocol. This test is designated test B1.
Along with this test, the personnel are to undergo standard Foundation tests. The results are to be compared with the previous tests. This test is designated test B2.
The personnel who pass test B1, but fail test B2 are to be assigned temporary leave or put on reassignment request immediately.
All personnel who fail test B2 are to be detained immediately and transferred to the site holding cell to conduct test F9 Delta C.
F9 Delta C:
The subject is to undergo Foundation issued polygraph test. This is to be conducted with the subject restrained and in the presence of an MTF Agent or a cleared Site Security Guard.
If the subject passes test F9 Delta C, they are to be detained and undergo reassignment protocol.
Upon failure of test F9 Delta C, the subject is to be terminated immediately.
██/██/2020: SCP-XXXX broke containment. Site-██ put on containment breach protocol. Site integrity scan taken. All SCPs accounted for. No casualties. 5 on-site personnel transferred to the infirmary. All 5 sustained damage from debris created due to containment breach by SCP-XXXX.
Site-██ secured within hours of containment breach. Protocol Delta F9 implemented. All on-site personnel cleared for duty.
Video surveillance salvaged from containment of SCP-XXXX. Footage indicated entity possesses telekinetic abilities. Revisions to Containment procedures necessary.
Utilization of Thaumiel class SCPs pending approval from O5 council.
Approval obtained for use of anti-psychic Thaumiel SCPs against SCP-XXXX by O5-██.
Deployment warrant from O5-██ of MTF-Tau 5 "Samsara" pre-approved for reacquiring SCP-XXXX.
Lost contact with HVT carrying Dr.[REDACTED] at rally point Delta.
MTF teams assigned to transport security encountered SCP-XXXX and another entity designated now as SCP-XXX1.
MTF agents attempt to contain both SCPs utilizing standard issue MTF armaments currently equipped. Body cam footage retrieved show bullets stuck in mid-trajectory.
Confirmed SCP-XXXX has telekinetic abilities. Information about SCP-XXX1 is currently unknown. All agents are unable to describe the second entity. Body cam footage did not capture SCP-XXX1.
No casualties reported in the incident. Dr.[REDACTED] was abducted by the two SCPs.
O5 council notified about incident. Priority warrant issued on acquiring research logs of Dr.[REDACTED]
SCP-XXXX was found in █████ diner in ████, Montana, US.
The occupants of the diner were reported to be acting strange and the local authorities were contacted. The Foundation was contacted by an anonymous tip received from a local telephone number.
SCP-XXXX was detained by deployed MTF agents. En route to the assigned Site-██, SCP-XXXX attempted to escape custody and tore through the vehicle door. It was subdued and sedated by the MTF team.
Foundation clean up crew dispatched to the diner. Occupants of the diner exhibit no movements and appear to be in a trance. Use of amnestics approved. Class A amnestics approved for use as class C through B appear ineffective in curing the subjects of the trance. All affected subjects transferred to holding facility. Incident covered up as a gas leak explosion at █████ diner.
