Special Containment Procedures: [ Do not approach without at least three layers of pants, two long-sleeve shirts, two face masks, and heavy gloves. Description: [ It is approximately 2 and a half feet in length, four-legged, about a foot tall, not too different from a cat. It is as strong as a human, despite its appearance. It has four-inch, razor-sharp class and its jaw strength is comparable to that of a bloodhound. Its fur is white, making it especially hard to trace in the winter and cold regions. It has a very persuasive voice and it is recommended to wear noise-canceling headphones. Its voice is very similar to a cat's meow but slightly different. Some describe the difference as pleading, others describe It as hatred It should be fed regular set food, but it is recommended to keep it slightly weak from hunger to make sure that it cannot escape, but not to starve it.
It was originally found in ██ in California at 1900 hours, 3/22/201X. Locals immediately noticed how strong the presumed "cat" was and called ██PD. In cross-testing, it reacted very aggressively, especially to humanoids. The only explanation of how it came to be, factoring in its fear of humanoids and impossible strength and voice is that it was mutated from a cat breed in some kind of twisted experiment. When placed in a room full of various objects, it seemed to prefer boxes, like any other feline. When anyone attempted to go near this box, it would pounce, aiming for the face. If this hit, death would be probable.]
Addendum [ It is exceptionally smart and even though it cant talk the same way humans can, it can talk in binary (See Log#2, 5/03/201X and Decoding attempts), hinting that it was created by a human with a computer brain, probably an attempt at either a very powerful house cat, or, more likely, a government experiment that went wrong and it either fought its way out or escaped.]
