Per 
It's a room with 13 councilors around yelling and raging at each other its a chaotic room giving the feels of a battle room after a recent loss,
The door to the room slides open giving that unforgettable but distinguishable mechanical clunk.
The room silences all eyes being on the door watching the man in the grey suit with the purple tie his presence sweeps the room with a uneasy feeling.
The man sits down at the start of the table nodding to the councilors.
13 gets up in respect grasping his suit, he lets out the first words that end the silence "Good day 1." sitting back down afterwards.
1 asks, "So what do we have now?"
2 motions as if he was pointing at a invisible list on the table "Well we have to look at our actions and effects on this year and write a report about it to Chairman Odongo."
1 looks at 2 you could feel the tension between them from outside the site as if something had happened before, he orders.
"Play the tape."
The monitors in front of each seat lights up.

Dr. ██████: So D-8855 what exactly happened in the cleanup
D-8855: Just call me D-8 for short anyway, we went into the buildings elevator after locking the entrances we already had E-9 under the building setting HIDCs so we were ready for shit to go bad.
Dr. ██████: So you were inside the building then what happened?
D-8: We started taking out 008-1 traces out after 30 minutes we were at the 50th floor when we saw TSH agents they opened fire on us instantly so we had no idea what they were doing.
Dr. ██████: Im guessing you guys went with plan B
D-8: Yep we ordered the troops on standby to rig the buildings crucial supports with demolition kind C4 and blow em in minutes the buildings staircases crumbled and in the next few the elevator shafts started doing the same, a few Pi-1 operatives set up a defensive position laying suppressive fire as we started setting up the rappel rigs as soon as we started rappelling all shit broke loose the building lost most of its structure and most of the rigs got buried in rubble the shaft i was in got shut closed due to the 51st floor collapsing down on us when we reached the 35th floor large clumps of stones covered in fire were collapsing on us 1-1 got hit in the face with a elevator door and that's the last time i saw him.
D-8 stopped looking at the table
Dr. ██████: Would you like to take a break?
D-8: No No I'm fine, when we reached to floor -1 we met up with E-9 and the rest of squad 1 and left through the tunnels when we reached the evacuation zone we saw a fire department helicopter landing on the building it dropped squad 2 which were in fire fighter gear for obvious reasons they attached something big to the helicopter and it lifted off. I don't know if they got out of there alive but i know that they were still in there when the entire building collapsed from the explosion of HIDCs.
Dr. ██████: That's all you can leave.
12 leans back in his chair.
5 springs up, "The hell happened to teamwork and no friendly fire when i was a [REDACTED] operative we didn't use to crumble buildings on each others he-"
7 slams his side of the table "That was a dire situation."
1 calls for order before continuing "2 play the recovered news tape."
