Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: SCP is to be contained in a standard humanoid cell surrounded by gamma-ray-proof walls and kept blindfolded at all times. Permission to meet the SCP shall only be granted to level 3 or higher personnel after approval of an eligible SCP Foundation psychiatrist and succesfull completion of (no idea how to redact) measurment test. All personnel is prohibited from spending more then 10 minutes inside the cell. Every attempt to bypass this prohibition, remove the SCP's blindfolds or breach the gamma-ray-proof walls shall lead to the respective personnel member being labeled as SCP-1 and to the safety protocol (no idea how to redact) being executed.

The following occurances shall lead to increased surveilance of SCP:
a) reports of personnel or SCP(s) "hearing voices"
b) drastical changes in the behaviour or personality of personnel and/or SCP(s)
c) suspition of personnel gaining access to classified information

Description: Although there have not been any successful attempts on determining its species, SCP has a form of an adult human male and shares most of the human characteristics, such as human-like eating habits and sleep schedule. Despite reacting normally to most substances harmful to human organism, SCP seems to be imune to anesthetics, halucinogens and all tested substances capable of altering feelings or sensations. This imunity is probably caused by its anomalous abilities.

SCP posseses anomalous telepathic abilities of undetermined range. Apart from previously mentioned imunity, recorded usage of these abilities includes mind reading, memory reading, telepathic communication, mind control and sense projection. Suspected usage of these abilities includes memory implantation, emotion induction and sense induction. As proven by experiment [[[[[[ these abilities are likely to only affect entities with certain brain structure. Their effects on animals are yet to be tested.

Safety risks: There have been several instances (see incident logs) of the faundation's security being breached which's circumstances implied SCP's involvement. From the circumstances and outcomes of these breaches, we can presume that SCP has no intentions of leaving the facility. His goals rather seem to be set on exploiting its contents.

Discovery: SCP was discovered on the Canary Islands during Interpol's investigation of a local human traficking syndicate. Present undercover SCP Foundation agent [[[[ allerted the foundation upon reviewing reports of Intetpol's members tasked with surveilence. After returning from duty, respective members reported being hunted through the city by overgrown spiders. The foundation compromised their reports and administered amnestics. When the amnestic administration took no effect, an SCP Foundation strike force was tasked with tracking down and entrapping the surveiled persons of interest. SCP was identified as an anomalous entity and escorted to the facility by unmanned vehicles.

Behaviour: SCP spends most its time either pacing through its cell or sitting motienless. During direct conversations with personnel, it prefers to speak telepathically assuming a voice of person significant to its interviewer and often attempts to taunt present personnel. Prior to being blindfolded, SCP used to maintain eye contact for peculiar ammounts of time with abnormally low frenquency of blinking. Blindfolds were administered after it was found out that eye contact drastically decreases target's resistance to its abilities. When forced to speak, SCP talks in fluent english with strange pronaunciation of particular words and a thin but audible accent with similaraties to a combination of scandinavian and slavic languages.

Origin and identity: No legitimate identy cards or licenses belonging to SCP have ever been discovered. No interogated subject ever had any memories of SCP. All attempts on determining SCP's identity through its interogation have been terminated, since the faundation has no way of veryfying extracted informations. The only discovered record regarding SCP is a documentation of a man named [[[[[[[[[[[ [[[[[[[ hospitalized in [[[[[[[[[ hospital in Spain matching SCP's description. SCP's suspected connection to the Canarian mob and its linguistic study lead the foundation to presume that SCP is of European origin.
