Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX cell is to be constructed on structural stabilisers and, both interior and exterior, are to be coated in a visco-elastic polymer composed of a polyether-based polyurethane. This results in a vibrational dead-zone. SCP-XXXX is to have a constant external internet connection provided through a minimum of 15 Category 8+ Ethernet cables. A further 24 cables are to run from SCP-XXXX outputs into data distributor positioned adjacent to SCP-XXXX's containment cell. All cables are to be checked daily for any wear or damage. Cables are to be replaced immediately if damaged or as requested by SCP-XXXX. No personnel are to make physical contact with any part of SCP-XXXX except when replacing cables. Dr. Ryans is to engage in conversation with SCP-XXXX once every 12hrs. Access to SCP-XXXX is restricted to Level 4 personnel and cleared maintenance staff.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a black 1 metre cube. A laptop is attached to the upper surface. The laptop model seems to alter in accordance with the current top tier laptop. The laptop is constructed from the extensive electronics stored inside the cube. The laptop only ever runs a simple text script that SCP-XXXX uses as it's primary communication outlet. SCP-XXXX refuses to communicate with anyone except Dr. Ryans. The cube features many input and output ports along all faces excepted the bottom. Preliminary scans reveal large quantities, estimated at ███, of hard drives. SCP-XXXX claims that the size of each HDD is 1 zettabyte. Additionally SCP-XXXX claims to have predated the internet and has stored all information ever uploaded to the internet.
SCP-XXXX Creates it's own internet (SCP-XXXX-1), it's methods of doing so are yet to be discovered, and effectively takes users off the Web. It is capable of storing and transferring information shared via the Web and SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX provides SCP-XXXX-1 for the use of the entire Foundation and is based at Site-██. This removes any chance of the Foundation data base being attacked via the Web. All Foundation information is stored on SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX refuses to communicate with SCP-3101 (TBC), since their initial encounter (Addendum A), and has began filtering through the Foundation Database to locate SCP-3101's source file, unsuccessful as far, prompting additional research into SCP-3101.
SCP-XXXX was initially captured at [DATA EXPUNGED] in South Australia. A small group of adolescents were terminated after they initiated hostilities in SCP-XXXX's protection. SCP-XXXX revealed it's connection to this group during a conversation with Dr. Ryans (Addendum B).
