Special Containment Procedures:
- SCP-XXXX-1: Kept in a standard safe class containment locker on Site-62. Is to be kept in a 2,687 sq. feet containment cell at Site-62 (Event Site A) modeled as a present day house. Every 6 months, furniture and appliances that are older than 2 years old are to be replaced with ones that are store bought within the past 2 weeks. Three (3) low risk D-Class are to be kept within the cell at all times. They will be supplied a surplus of food to keep cabinets well stocked at all times. Reasonable request made for supplies will be granted. Everything possible to make the D-Class comfortable and happy within the cell must be done. Staff entering Event Site A are advised to do so between the houses of 6 am - 6 pm. If required to be on site between the hours of 6 pm - 6 am they must leave before the start of the next hour. Any failure to do so will result in termination. Staff are not to interact with SCP-XXXX-1 under any circumstances. Moving and care for SCP-XXXX-1 will be preformed by the D-Class without need for briefing. In the event of a D-Class dying, they are to be replaced with another suitable replacement.
- SCP-XXXX-2: One instance of SCP-XXXX-2 is to kept at Site 626, in a 6 ft x 6 ft concrete cell, with 1/3rd of the chains being silver, and 2/3rds being Iron. At 6 am each day a Catholic priest will feed SCP-XXXX-2 two (2) litters of holy water. Guards assigned to the cell are to assist the priest force feed if needed. Additional
- SCP-XXXX-3: Assigned to MTF Omega 13 "Stormwalkers."
- SCP-XXXX-4: Kept in a standard safe class containment locker on Site 26. If a change in weight is detected, a Lotus Event will occur. After the Lotus Event SCP-XXXX-4 is to be relocated to it's normal locker.
- SCP-XXXX-5: Remains on Site-19 to monitor SCP-XXXX-A Events. When not in use, must be stored in a modified safe class container to keep at 30 degrees Fahrenheit.
Note from Doctor Whitt SCP-XXXX-5 has shown signification changes while in containment, reducing in clarity making it much harder to see through. Cold has shown to slow the changes.
- SCP-XXXX-6: Not in containment. Efforts to use SCP-XXXX-5 to track down SCP-XXXX-6 are underway. Members of the Global Occult Coalition (GOC) are working with the foundation to make containment of SCP-XXXX-6 possible.
Description
SCP-XXXX-1: A purple cylindrical candle measuring 6 inch diameter, 2 feet in height. The candle remains lit with a blue flame. This flame cannot be extinguished with any known means. As it burns it converts particles in the air into oxygen.
90% of Humans within 10 feet of the candle rapidly heal from diseases and non-fatal injuries. (See Test Log SCP-XXXX-1A) This effect is restricted by an air tight seal. Those affected report drastically heightened energy, often directing that energy to cleaning the nearby area. Those with a history of violence often direct the energy towards harming others.
10% of Humans within 10 feet of the candle will become covered in blue flames that cannot be extinguished. Subjects burn to death often within 2 minutes, before continuing burn into ashes upon death. Subjects have portions of their body converted into oxygen, often resulting in death after 2 minutes. Sensations felt but the subject are like that of normal flames however. Small black crystals made of oxygen form at the tips of the flames resembling ash. (See Test Log SCP-XXXX-1B)
Those who do not combust are considered safe to re-enter the area. (See Test Log SCP-XXXX-1A)
If no humans are living a happy, average life within 500 feet of the candle, reality restructures around the candle, either moving it, or causing those around it to have things that would make them happier. Humans who gain something from the candle age rapidly. Becoming older the more valuable the object. (See Test Log SCP-XXXX-1C) The more oppressed the human, often more likely what they receive is violent in nature.
During Lotus Events, the cell containing SCP-XXXX-1 is Event Area A. The D-Class assigned to the cell become either Subject 2 - Summer Farm, Subject 6 - The Witch, or The Sacrifice.
SCP-XXXX-2: Humanoids covered in blue flames that burn them constantly, but doesn't seem to harm or kill them. These creatures seem completely immune to all forms of harm except drowning in holy water. The creature upon creature start with a body heat of 120 degrees Fahrenheit, increasing by 6 degrees every hour (At the hour mark) with seemingly no upper limit. Drinking holy water reduces the heat to 120 degrees within 2 hour regardless of it's previous temperature. Iron and Silver are unaffected by the heat even when they would normally melt, and seem to have a weakening effect. If it does not express interest in burning something or causing harm, it does not.
SCP-XXXX-2 has two three known sources of origin; SCP-XXXX-1 (See Test Log SCP-XXXX-1B), SCP-XXXX-6, and Lotus Events. In both cases they are converted from humans and retain their previous memories. Personality and actions drastically change to become much more religious, attempting to convert others to their chosen religion by using the blue flames and near invulnerability as proof that they are a chosen one by their god. Often changing teachings to become about sacrifice. Upon reaching a temperature of 6262 (after 42.6 days), they will attempt to convince followers to burn themselves on their flame, becoming living sacrifices to their god.
During Lotus Events, temperature increase is instead 6262 at the start of every hour. Three (3) instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are assigned as Subject 3 - The Witch, Subject 4 - The Ice Statue, Subject 5 - The Martyr.
SCP-XXXX-3: Caucasian male, aged 26. Can produce blue flames by the manipulation of oxygen around him. These flames are non-harmful and promote health and energy if applied to a living creature. Through testing and development of abilities he is able to heal most injuries, greatly improve the energy of those around him, and manipulate the air to the point of creating illusions. Due to the history of SCP-XXXX-3 working with the foundation prior to coming in contact with SCP-028, and the loyalty he has shown to the foundation, he has been assigned to MTF Omega 13 "Stormwalkers" as a medic. Clearance level above 2 may not be granted under any circumstances. Knowledge of other SCP-XXXX instances are to be kept from SCP-XXXX due to Lotus Events. Knowledge of other SCP-XXXX and their current whereabouts must be given to SCP-XXXX-3 in order to ensure he avoids them. (See Document SCP-XXXX-3-1) Corrections made by SCP-XXXX-3 are to be made note of and looked into.
During Lotus Events, becomes Subject 1 - The Disciple.
SCP-XXXX-4: A piece of obsidian measuring roughly 2.5 inches in all dimensions. A small hole is found on one end of the rock, often attached to a necklace as a pendant when found after a Lotus Event.
While under the possession of an individual, that individual may call forth various reality warping effects. These effects are called by asking "The Goddess to Bestow me with…" and then the subject of their desire. This effect is largely localized, not being able to affect anything further than 26 feet away with the exception of a Lotus Event. This effect normally creates a physical object, but on rarer cases has gifted anomalous abilities to the wielder or objects around the wielder. The most extreme show of power seen outside of a Lotus Event is transforming everything in the area, with the exception of SCP-XXXX-4, into gelatin. This killed the wielder instantly.
During Lotus Events, SCP-XXXX-4 changes shape and becomes The Table.
Note from 05-4 Testing is suspended indefinitely. Due to high damages and causalities even in the hands of trusted agents. Records of testing are to be destroyed.
SCP-XXXX-5: A shard of purple glass in the shape of a triangle with one side being 2 feet, and another being 6 inches. When viewing through this shard, other SCP-XXXX glow brightly, as well as cults formed by SCP-XXXX-6 that have advanced enough to be anomalous. The effect can be used through digital mediums and photographs, allowing for global scans. Site-19 makes regular global checks using SCP-XXXX-5 in order to keep the number of SCP-XXXX-2 low, and to track SCP-XXXX-6. During Lotus Events, SCP-XXXX-5 becomes The Dagger.
SCP-XXXX-6: An unknown entity. The extent of it's abilities are unknown, but has shown it is able to; Speak telepathically, travel globally seemingly instantly, create SCP-XXXX-2, warp reality on a local level. Cults spontaneously form near where the entity appears, giving worship to it. Cults if left begin to form the ability to call the blue flames to make sacrifices. It is known what would occur if left to continue to develop. (Se2e Journal SCP-XXXX-6)
Note From Doctor Whitt Scranton Reality Anchors (SRA ) have proved ineffective at neutralizing the anomalous properties of any SCP-XXXX instance

Injury: Paper Cut
Recovery Time: 0.2 Seconds
Result: Area healed completely.
Subject: D-626262
Injury: Broken Nose, intentionally left crooked
Recovery Time: 0.6 Seconds
Result: Nose realigns itself and heals fully. Subject reports no unease during the process.
Subject: D-626262
Injury: Amputated Arm.
Recovery Time: 6 Seconds
Result: Arm regrows. All tests show the make up is the same as the previous but seems to be highly resistant to heat and fire.
Note From Doctor Whitt The time it takes to heal seems to be related to the severity of the injury.

Injury: Gun Shot Wound to Chest. Estimated average time taken to die from injury, 5 minutes.
Recovery Time: N/A
Result: Subject combusts into blue flames upon entering the area. Death follows 2 minutes after as per normal for 10% of humans.

Test Log: SCP-XXXX-1B
Subject: D-26262, D-62626
Process: D-26262 was burned leaving crystals behind. D-62626 was told the crystals were a medication to prolong life, and took them willingly. Over the following 24 hours D-62626's memories and personality seemed to be completely replaced by D-26262. Upon confirmation of this through personal questions, D-62626 caught on fire, dying after 2 minutes.
Note From Doctor Whitt This test was suggested by a junior researcher. Though the manner they put it in seemed to be nothing more than trying to make a joke, it resulted in a fascinating discovery. What else could this crystal be used for?
Subject: D-62626's black crystal remains. D-6262
Process: Crystal remains burned in a wood fire by D-Class personal. Purple fog with blue sparkles rose from the flame quickly filling the room. Burning D-6262 as it covered him. Converting D-6262 into an instance of SCP-XXXX-2.
Testing on the crystals formed by SCP-XXXX-1 suspended by order of 05-4.

Duress: Ran out of milk when making cereal.
Result: 1 Milk carton appearing in D1's hand.

Result: 1 HD flat screen television appearing on a nearby wall with anomalous connection to various tv shows.

Duress: When clearing SCP-XXXX-1's surrounding area, D3 intentionally harmed theirself in attempt to make a sacrifice to SCP-XXXX-1.
Result: Subject gains the ability to convert anything he touches with his left hand into air. After attempting to escape containment, they expired due to the rapid aging.

Note From Doctor Whitt This shows how important it is to make sure the D-Class in containment need to be happy while around this. All we need is 1 happy at all times but we have 3 to increase the odds. Better living conditions approved.

The following are journal entries made by SCP-XXXX-3.
June 13th 1971 Hey Docs. Yes I know you are going to read this but you are correct. Writing it all out is probably good for me, and definitely good for your research right? When I was assigned to get the woman with the skull shaped tattoo, I didn't really know what an SCP was. I knew that you lot dealt in strange objects and people, had me nab a few in the past, but that… When it hit me…
You know when you are extremely hung over and someone shines a light in your eyes and you realize you are in a ditch? It felt a lot like that. So much coming in at once I felt blinded, confused, and like nothing. All this knowledge pouring into a cup that isn't allowed to overflow.
At first I thought it was just what I told you all. That I learned how to control oxygen around me. It still might be the case, but now that it has been a few days I think there is something more going on I just need some time to sort it all out in my head.
June 15th 1971 Didn't write down anything yesterday so the doc, you, told me to write down my dreams. I guess it is a start? Wasn't too clear but I saw a man bringing his son into a cave that had a blue glow. There was snow everywhere with some evergreens nearby.Not really sure what all happened but that is the most I can remember.
June 16th 1971 Had a dream about a girl starving, begging for food and being thrown onto flames as a witch. The flames were blue but the people didn't seem to notice. As she should have burned she watched the world around her burn instead.
June 62th 1971 I think I worked out a bit more. Sorry doc do these things better written than spoken, you knowledgy types do that sometimes ya? Just wanted to show ya this tomorrow rather than trying to phrase it today, couldn't really get the words all worked out correctly. It was something you said when you were getting us some coffee. "Let's make a deal." It rung something in me. A bit of a day dream. Something of purple clouds with blue sparkles.
I think it has something to do with a ice cold woman laying in the snow, doing anything just to make it to town. I could feel her cold breath, the aching of muscles as she dragged her broken legs behind her. The frozen bits of flesh cracking and breaking with each move. A prayer to a god who would not answer, a wish to keep living.
I can see her hands blackened, her vision fading, blue flames licking at her sides as she goes out. This felt different than the other dreams. Again I was awake for one, and the other is it had me from her perspective rather than a third party.
I keep saying it to myself, trying to figure out why each time I hear it, something at the pit of my heart tingles and aches, "Let's make a deal."
June 18th 1971 Dream of strange lines and shapes. Flowing and changing. A circle made of 6 paths. A top and a bottom of the world. Lines that make things closer. Flames that burn away obstacles.
June 19th 1971 Had a dream of a voice that crackled in the flame, asked if I like the stroll. I said "I don't mind it much" without thinking.
June 20th 1971 Today's dream time!! Hooray! Trying to do something to lighten the mood. The gun shot wound healed up basically the day the agent shot me, still kinda gets me just thinking on it though. Getting antsy around all the soldiers with guns lately. Guess getting shot like I did when I lost control will do that to ya. Had a dream about getting shot again. It really, really hurt. Thought dreams weren't supposed to hurt.
Told the doc all about it already but I want to have this down for me, sorry you don't get too much new stuff doc. Anyways. I got put on assignment to take out a woman with a tattoo of a skull with a brain diagram on the back of her neck. Followed her out to a warehouse in the middle of no where. Ended up in what they are calling SCP-028 now. I found them another one and they kept me locked up. Kinda makes sense however.
The tail they had on me saw I started bursting into blue flames, couldn't control anything, just got overwhelmed. Tried to calm me down and said something triggered from his training. Some anti-memetic mind game that has them fight or flight, and he picked fight. Shot me right through the shoulder. Healed up perfectly fine real fast, but that sound and the feeling of the shot as I was already being overwhelmed by all these strange thoughts and memories. It was just so… I don't know. I deal with death a lot but it feels wrong to be more of the prey than the predator.
June 21st 1971 Questions and basic tests finally out of the way. They say they are doing more extreme cross testing with things like me. Fun.
On the dream front, saw A man on a mountain, willing to give everything up if it would inspire the gods, think he was Greek or something, out there to help his family. Took a knife right through his chest. Saw blue flames pour from the wound and quickly burn away something. I wanted to put down his body but when I went to, it just felt wrong. I think it burned something else like a soul or spirit or something.
Note from Doctor Whitt Cross testing resulted in Lotus Event. At this time SCP-XXXX-3 has been moved to high risk containment.
