Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX's containment chamber may only be accessed by personnel with a clearance level of 3/XXXX. SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 3 x 3 x 5m cell and must be tested monthly. The containment chamber must be guarded by no fewer than 2 Security Department personnel. If a subject infected by SCP-XXXX escapes the containment chamber, 3 Security department personnel with Hazardblock equipment must be sent out to terminate the subject

Description: SCP-XXXX is a damaged World War 2 Nazi flag that when observed by a subject it gives the viewer the mentality of a random member of the Nazi party. If a subject which has viewed SCP-XXXX comes into contact with another subject/personnel they will also gain the same side effects as if they viewed the flag themselves.

SCP-XXXX does not seem to be able to be damaged by conventional means. It is unable to be moved unless the personnel is wearing something over their hands. When a personnel attempts to move SCP-XXXX they will faintly hear Nazi soldiers whispering into their ear which will not stop until the personnel has exited a vicinity of 5 meters from the flag.
