Special Containment Procedures: SCP-1954 is contained off the coast of Tokyo Japan. SCP-1954's heart rate is to be monitored at all times along with its behavior. Any changes in behavior is to be reported as soon as possible. An invisible perimeter is to surround SCP-1954 at all times. An implant inside SCP-1954 will shock it if it attempts to pass the perimeter. Radioactive emissions is to be cleared.
Description: SCP-1954 is a 119.8m tall reptile with 89 dorsal plates running down his back. Its vocalizations can be heard from over three miles away. SCP-1954 is large enough that food, water, and oxygen isn't enough to sustain it. Along with food, water, and oxygen it also consumes radiation to give it the energy it needs to survive. The radiation is stored in it dorsal plates and can be projected through a concentrated beam of radiation from its mouth. It seems benevolent in nature and try's to avoid human contact.
