Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4905 must be contained in a large room with vines hanging from the walls. There are 2 crooked trees in the middle with a large spider web hanging between them.
Personnel must walk in with 2 soldiers at their side. If SCP-4905 attacks, it must be tranquilized immediately. This only happens on rare occasions because SCP-4905 usually hangs on the spider web in an immobilized state.
SCP-4905 can only be fed 2 cattle a day.
Description: SCP-4905 is a giant Wolf Spider (Hogna Georgicola) that is 3 meters tall and 2 meters wide. It’s prominent fangs are full of venom and if it bites a human they would go into a state of paralysis and die shortly after.
SCP-4905 was discovered near (DATA EXPUNGED), South Africa. Local farmers contacted the authorities about a giant spider that’s been killing their cattle. Once the creature was captured, the SCP Foundation was contacted immediately.

Procedure: 5 different species of Spiders were placed into SCP-4905’s cell.
Results: SCP-4905 communicated with the spiders for ██ minutes. Then, one of SCP-4905’s front legs started glowing white. It used this leg to inject all of the spiders with a mysterious white substance. After that, the spiders grew to 15 inches in height and 10 inches in length. The Spiders broke out of SCP-4905’s cell by burning the walls with a mysterious green substance they could shoot out their fangs. The Spiders rampaged through the facility until they were killed. SCP-4905 was tranquilized and put into a strong metal cage until it’s cell was repaired. There were 15 known causalities and another 20 were wounded.1
