Description: It is in a humanoid shape and it's height changes to match the subject it's facing. It is pitch black it eyes and teeth glow. Looking into eyes causes the subject to break into uncontrollable laughter until they suffocate. Laughter has a 10% chance to be spread to others who hear it.
