Overview: What is known of The Department of Domestic Phenomenon's or ??? is that it was put into action during the Age of Deviation and originated in the year ██-█ █ or "the far future." During this time, an unknown event occurred, causing a majority of Earth's population to decrease and leaving what was left of the world with new, dangerous threats far worse than those contained by the Foundation and the Church of the Broken God took control of what was left of the World and the Foundation's SCPs, of which they used to attempt to rebuild their "broken god."
Using the resources of what was left of Earth and the Foundation, the DDP/??? was then created from the ashes of the Foundation and a broken, damaged humanity. The DDP/??? then rose to power to combat the Church of the Broken God and follow the Foundation's principle to "Secure, Contain, and Protect" humanity from unknown threats and phenomenon's unleashed from the ashes of the old world. Over the thirty years the Department of Domestic Phenomenon's have existed, the DDP/??? have worked to improve the technology of the old world, Over the thirty years the Department of Domestic Phenomenon's have existed, the DDP/??? have worked to improve the technology of the old world, making the technology they have used more advanced than before such as DDP/??? Sites (Sites that were similar to the Foundation's) that have been created to contain unknown, stronger threats that were indeed far more dangerous than those contained within the Foundation and weaponry. With the DDP/???'s new technology, their Sites also had the capability to contain objects far larger than those contained within the Foundation after this point the DDP/??? then traveled in other timelines/realities and since traveled to the modern day of the SCP Foundation to protect and help them so things like this never happen again.
Further information-
Whats little known is that the DDP/??? has there own religions they created from the far-future however these religions are safe to the Foundation but are combative towards threating GoIs such as the Church of the broken god, TOC and much more.
