Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contain in a a 64m x 64m Ice cube, the chamber is to be kept at a constant temperature of 54.25 K. The container is to be surrounded by Titanium rigging, each rigging to fire a concentrated spray of Liquid Nitrogen every hour from specialized nozzles attached to the rigging. If any nitrogen nozzle is chipped or frozen over, it is to replaced immediately. All personnel are to wear specialized hazmat suits, properly isolated against temperature inside the containment area.
During this time of repairing the rigging, due to the constant freezing on the chamber, SCP-XXXX-2 entities can break free from SCP-XXXX. If any are to escape, they are to be shot with specialized coagulants before being submerged in a tube of Liquid Nitrogen before being dropped into a vat of Hydrochloric Acid.
All personnel overseeing SCP-XXXX are to be Level 4 or higher, all security teams are to be armed with specialized weaponry instead of standard equipment.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a prehistoric cellar life form, mutated by the radiation of "Fat Man" in 1945. When first discovered, it had mutated into a "super-cell", having a enlarged cell membrane around three smaller cells. One cell contained the nucleus, while another held all the standard cell organs. In the third cell, it was discovered to have three unknown organs, however, one was found to function as a miniature nuclear power plant. SCP-XXXX was placed as "Safe" from 1946 until 1953.
In 1953, SCP-XXXX rose out of ██████/Japan and made landfall. Reports from eyewitness's said SCP-XXXX was "between 70-80 meters tall". When SCP containment teams arrived, SCP-XXXX had gone inland 7 Km, radiation levels were at an all time high in a 2 square mile area. Through using spotlights attached to helicopters, SCP-XXXX was lead back into the ocean waters and to Antartica. SCP-XXXX was then lead into a ravine and SCP-XXXX was trapped in tons of ice, where in 1964, Site ██ was built in and over SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX has been able to divide parts of its body, called SCP-XXXX-2, three major containment breaches from SCP-XXXX-2 happened in 1973, 1985 and 2006. All minor instances were contained before they could escape. The first SCP-XXXX-2 was described as a humanoid, looking much like the original. It stood at 3.8m tall, its body having a grey tint, skeletal frame and 2.1m tail.
The second SCP-XXXX-2 was stated as to having "reptilian structure mixed with dragon-like qualities". It escaped Site ██ and flew to the small town in █████,████, America. It when contained, it had grown three serpentine heads, 18m long wings and the ability to control electric currents. The last incident had latched onto a Gynnidomorpha Alisman specimen. Before it had been contained, it had reached 17m in length and had a wingspan of 35m.
SCP-XXXX, along with any SCP-XXXX-2 entity it creates, are all highly radioactive, creating their own form of radiation. However, the radiation half-life was found to be 30 days in length, making it much easier to handle. All instances are able to self replicate and mutate into any cell needed, at a very increasing rate, only taking from 1946-1953 (7 years) to reach its height. However, all instances of SCP-XXXX are weak to cold, temperatures close to -0 kelvin force SCP-XXXX to cause a similar reaction akin to a "reactor scram" to keep itself from dying.
It is unknown what abilities it has if it had been allowed to roam free, however, all collected samples have allowed for the creation of a "coagulant" from only an 1/8th of the sequenced genome. However, this seems to only affect SCP-XXXX-2 instances as SCP-XXXX has been unresponsive to any administered doses of the coagulant.
