Description: SCP-5339 is a front load washing machine measuring 0.8m x 0.8m x 0.7m in size, with various instructional stickers stuck on its front side along with a large white and red number 9. The front panel has standardized functions normally found in similar washing machines, and can take both standard American quarters as well as digital currency when set up properly. While the buttons for such changes are present, the default cycle time of 30 minutes appears to be unchangeable. SCP-5339 is for all intents and purposes a fully functional washing machine, and shows no anomalous properties when being used in its normal capacity.

When a load of laundry is washed via SCP-5339, any item left on top of the machine that would reasonably be found in a laundry machine will have a duplicate version of itself found inside SCP-5339 after its cycle has completed. While SCP-5339 itself is a washing machine, dryer specific items (such as dryer sheets) have also been found trigger its anomalous properties.
