Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 3x3m Containment Chamber on a 1-meter tall table. 1 Security Guard must be watching over SCP-XXXX to see if it has tipped over or opened. If SCP-XXXX has tipped over or opened, all methods of ventilation must be closed off in the cell and a separate vent will open to release oxygen. If so, No personnel are allowed to enter the containment chamber with the exception of Class-D Personnel. If, at any point, SCP-XXXX spills, then 2 Class-D Personnel must be brought in to clean. All those entering SCP-XXXX's chamber must wear full hazmat suits at all times. Under no circumstance should SCP-XXXX be brought outside its cell.

Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a plastic bottle filled with orange juice. It is similar to any other plastic bottle when measured. When at a glance, it shows no anomalous features. However, its anomalous features show once SCP-XXXX is drank.

SCP-XXXX-1's (SCP-XXXX's juice), in a method not thoroughly learned by the Foundation, releases particles which target any nearby subject. These particles search for any method of entry to the subject's body. Once entered, it is unknown where SCP-XXXX heads to. However, the subject will begin to experience a set of changes towards their bladder a few minutes after SCP-XXXX enters the body.

First, the subject will begin to experience bladder incontinence during sleep (more simply known as "bedwetting") occasionally, often around 1-3 times a week. This period will continue for about a month until the subject bedwets daily.

Around 1 month and a week after being infected, the subject will begin to experience occasional loss of bladder control. The amount of this varies from subject to subject. It will take up to 2 weeks for this period to finish.

Around 2 months after the subject has been infected, the subject will experience total bladder incontinence. At this point, the effects of SCP-XXXX has reached its peak and will cease any further effects. As of right now, there is no cure to this, and all subjects have been given adult diapers until a cure is found.

SCP-XXXX was discovered when an agent stationed in Massachusetts bought the juice from a local store. Once drank, the agent went through the standard set of changes expected. It was then brought to the nearby site for research.

Addendum: While I am not jumping to conclusions, it seems that these particles can also use air to travel as it can enter seperate rooms via ventilation system. Plus, SCP-XXXX seems to tip over without any external force strong enough to tip it. It also seems to open by itself often. This leads me to think that this SCP may have some form of sentience. - Dr. Cho
