Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-A is to be protected with no less than 4 armed guards who are to be on duty at all times. Anyone attempting to enter the containment zone is to be detained immediately and brought in for questioning. Every two days, personnel with (high resistance against memetics) are to pray the rosary with SCP-XXXX-B, as this has been shown to increase its morale and improve its combat effectiveness.
Should SCP-XXXX-B be killed during or outside of combat, the city of [blackbox] is to be completely evacuated and MTF units (dont know which ones yet) are to attempt to kill any Class-4 demonic entities (idk if this is an actual classification, nor what classifications if any demons would have). If needed, nuclear arms are authorized.
Description: SCP-XXXX is made up of several components. SCP-XXXX-A is a large gate, located roughly 300M underground the city of [blackbox]. The gate is composed of a dark glass-like material, which is, by current means, completely indestructible. The gate itself resembles the mouth of a feline, more specifically the jaw of a Panthera Leo (african lion). SCP-XXXX-A is opened by two 10M thick pillars, which are 60M tall and separated by 40M. Any entities that go through the gate are transported to another dimension, designated SCP-XXXX-OMEGA. They can return at anytime to SCP-XXXX-A by entering it from the other side.
The environment of SCP-XXXX-OMEGA has been found to be perilous: jagged rock makes up most of the surface, however lakes and rivers made up of an extremely hot (around 400C) reddish liquid have been found. Upon further examination, the liquid had been found to be made up of human blood, but mixed with an unknown substance as well as [REDACTED]. Large towers made up of rock have also been found. 2 planets are extremely close to the landscape. Both planets have massive rings and are extremely close to the surface of SCP-XXXX-OMEGA, but for reasons unknown do not seem to majorly impact the gravity of the region. Due to the perilous environment and the mental effects on the human mind, exploration of SCP-XXXX-OMEGA has been limited.
Staying in SCP-XXXX-OMEGA has been found to have adverse effects on the human conscience; thoughts of committing harm upon others, extreme jealousy, sexual violence, and cannibalism are frequent with only 10 minutes of exposure to SCP-XXXX-OMEGA. Within 30 minutes, the thought of these actions becomes insatiable, with subjects becoming hostile to others. If nobody else is present, self-harm is common. Within 2 hours, subjects will undergo a form of [REDACTED] and become an instance of SCP-XXXX-ALPHA.
SCP-XXXX-B is a large, elderly humanoid entity standing approximately 3 meters tall and weighing an estimated 280 kg, appearing to be of Caucasian descent. The entity wears armor resembling designs consistent with Templar knights, however the armor is made out of a mixture of chromium, osmium, tungsten, [REDACTED] and platinum, with golden highlights. The armor is caked with dried blood- DNA sampling has proven the blood to be from a massive mixture of different animals, including humans, snakes, and SCP-(blackbox). SCP-XXXX-B does not have any armor on its head; instead it has a crown made up of thorns and wood. The entity also carries a massive wooden crucifix on it at all times, which it uses as a bludgeoning weapon.
SCP-XXXX-B is capable of speaking in old English, Latin, and very crude Arabic. SCP-XXXX-B has proven to be an extremely effective and brutal fighter, attacking with strength and agility much higher than expected from an entity of its weight and size. Despite this, it has been shown to be docile towards all Earthly life, and is exceptionally cooperative with SCP Personnel. SCP-XXXX-B is extremely religious, having exceptional knowledge of all three Abrahamic religions. Typically, when outside of battle, SCP-XXXX-B will spend a majority of its time praying to Catholic saints and Islamic prophets; and will only stop praying if an instance of SCP-XXXX-ALPHA approaches or to communicate with foundation researchers.
Instances of SCP-XXXX-ALPHA are hostile entities with traits resembling both humans and various animals. Goat-like horns are common features, however antennae, hooved feet, and mutations and disabilities such as extreme hyperdontia and kyphosis are common as well. Subjects who have committed taboos or otherwise serious crimes such as eating human flesh, murder, or rape tend to have much more abnormal traits, sometimes seemingly breaking the laws of physics.

Special Containment Procedures: All asteroids and meteorites entering Earth’s atmosphere must be monitored constantly. Any reports made concerning meteorites that have landed next to human settlements, comets with “green tails” or “bug people” should be investigated immediately and be considered an Alpha-level priority. All instances of SCP-X-B, SCP-X-D, or colonies of humans infected with SCP-X-D are to be quarantined and exterminated as soon as possible, and remains are to be completely incinerated and disposed of.
Description:
SCP-X is an anomalous, astrological phenomenon in which anomalous meteors (dubbed SCP-X-A) breach the Earth’s atmosphere. Instances of SCP-X-A are primarily composed of obsidian, iron, and nickel, however traces of [REDACTED] can be found as well. Due to the typical glass-like nature of obsidian, it is unknown how instances of SCP-X-A are able to land on Earth’s surface without shattering. SCP-X-A are undetectable until they have passed the asteroid belt. It is theorized that they might materialize here. See Addendum-X. Due to their chemical composition, 87% of all instances of SCP-X-A have had a green comet tail, making them much more easily distinguishable. All instances have been found to be roughly 2x2x2 meters in length, width, and height.
Despite the size and force of the meteorites, no mass is lost in the atmosphere and the craters formed from impact are comparatively minuscule in comparison to non-anomalous meteors of the same size, having a diameter typically only 15 meters in length. Instances of SCP-X-A will invariably land close to human settlements; typically landing near smaller ones that are secluded. Ones that have landed near large cities have been documented, with the most populated area affected so far being [blackbox], Arizona.
SCP-X-B are sapient entities which reside within individual instances of SCP-X-A. So far, 100% of all meteorites confirmed to be SCP-X-A have contained an instance of SCP-X-B, however in 13% of cases the instance has either degenerated shortly after breaching the meteorite or an error occurred in the gestating process, resulting in the entity becoming a slurry while inside the meteorite. The entities can vary in characteristics, but across all instances there have been recurring traits:
-All instances are humanoid, and possess a skeleton almost identical to a human’s. However, they do not have skin, making their musculature system exposed. All tissues on their body have a dark coloration. The face has very little muscle mass, with the only muscles being connected to the neck and jaw. Autopsies have shown that they have no internal organs and are almost completely hollow.
-A “crown”, which is a part of the skull. While the design of this varies, it always covers the eyesockets and nasal cavity of the instance. The front of this is a flat, vertical plate which carries a green design resembling an angelic being with massive insect-like wings. Studies have shown that this insignia is actually a visual memetic cognitohazard, which typically makes subjects unaware of SCP-X-B’s properties more trusting of them and makes them appear as a middle-aged male of indeterminate race.
-A large staff, designated SCP-X-C. Instances use the staff to perform “miracles”.
-Thick, green luminescent veins and arteries are found covering the host. Studies have shown the liquid inside to be made up of [REDACTED]; it is assumed that the [REDACTED] which gives meteorites their green tails transfers to SCP-X-B’s cardiovascular system while it is gestating.
After a time of roughly 3-8 hours, instances SCP-X-B will emerge from the meteorite, and start seeking out the nearest human settlement. It is believed that they are not in located in SCP-X-A during impact, and are instead gestated or formed during this time. Only one instance of SCP-X-B has been found on Earth at one time. See addendum. During initial contact with humans, SCP-X-B instances will typically attempt to gather up large crowds of people, preaching to them about how pathetic humanity is as a whole and how they need its miracles in order to survive an event known as “the oncoming storm”. Research into any threats that SCP-X-B instances have shown that this is likely a red herring of sorts in order to scare humans into cooperating with SCP-X-B instances. They have been seen communicating in at least [blackbox] languages. Human hearing recognizes their voice to be in the listener’s native language, however audio recording does not reveal them to be speaking in any human language; instead, an insect like buzzing noise is present.
SCP-X-B instances are extremely charismatic and persuasive, and despite their disturbing appearance have almost no problems when introducing themselves into the public due to visual cognitohazards. However, those aware of SCP-X’s properties or of [REDACTED- SEE ADDENDUM] are able to see SCP-X-B’s true appearances.
All instances of SCP-X-B view themselves as “priests”, with the apparent goal of performing self-proclaimed miracles for the greater good of humanity in the name of [REDACTED-SEE ADDENDUM]. SCP-X-C is used during these miracles; a hatch is always present near the top which will dispense either liquids or mists containing massive amounts of SCP-X-D. The instance of SCP-X-B will attempt to perform as many miracles as possible to the public.
SCP-X-D signifies a collection of extraterrestrial parasites, insect-like eggs, and microscopic creatures which are highly contagious. These creatures are all hexapod Arthropoda, with similarities to the order Hymenoptera (order containing ants, bees, and termites). A seemingly infinite amount of these creatures is contained within SCP-X-C instances. Within an hour of initial contact with SCP-X-D, human hosts will begin a transformation deemed by instances of SCP-X-B as “the renunciation of flesh.” This process is gradual and can take up to a week to take place at first, however as more humans are infected by SCP-X-D the process takes place exponentially faster. Humans will take on several traits in the process:
1. Several new organs will begin to form in the torso and dorsal region, with old organs such as kidneys or the liver cannibalized by the hosts body. These organs have several purposes, however a majority of them are mainly breeding grounds for different forms of SCP-X-D. This process requires the host to consume roughly four times the amount of calories a normal human would, with food being provided by the community. If no food is present, infected hosts will serve themselves as sustainment for SCP-X-D instances, generally laying down in a stance signifying they are praying.
2. Large tube and tentacle-like structures will emerge from the blood vessels of the host, varying in length and circumference. Analysis has discovered that these growths are actually a form of SCP-X-D, with the tendril-part reminiscent of a stinger. When threatened, they will all burst from the skin at once and defend the host.
3. The skin of the host will harden and become a pale yellow color. Skin hardness is roughly the same as porcelain. Their posture will worsen, with most hosts becoming quadruped and only moving on all fours.
4. Hosts will become irrationally violent. Intelligence and brain activity drops significantly; making any form of basic communication with hosts impossible. Hosts will chase any non-infected human they see and attempt to either infect them with SCP-X-D or [DATA EXPUNGED] their victims, leaving the exterior of their corpse almost intact. Loud noises or extremely bright light can scare off individual hosts, however they gain more confidence while in groups.
Anyone infected with SCP-X-D are not to be considered human under any circumstance.

Shields: [Alright, I want to make this quick because my wrists hurt and I haven’t even written anything yet.
SCP-X-B-17 is silent.
Shields: So, what made you decide to try and put bugs in people?
SCP-X-B-17: My child, surely you must understand the importance of your life; all life on this planet is sacred. It is rare to see a planet where, THEY, have not come.
Shields: Silent for a few seconds, and then proceeds to turn his head in confusion. …they?
SCP-X-B-17: The creatures of the vast empyrean; the atrocities who reign through the void of time and space. You, my child, do not even begin to comprehend the monsters that are watching this planet, licking their lips and waiting to feast upon the souls of your kind. For you see, you are WEAK. PATHETIC. Your weapons cannot even begin to damage them, your brains would not be able to understand them, and your flesh is too weak and tender to survive them. To survive, your kind must feed our horde.
Shields: I mean, we’ve done a pretty good job of containing things we don’t understand so far, surely-
SCP-X-B-17: Incoherent. You are a fool if you believe that you can take them on. Where is my staff? You clearly require a blessing. I wil [sic- Shields was promptly scared by SCP-X-B’s actions.]
SCP-X-B-17 proceeded to rise from the chair it was sitting in and attempted to breach the glass, nearly shattering it in a single strike. 2 guards were sent in to the room to contain the priest, however SCP-X-B-17 managed to subdue one guard before revealing a small canister and attempting to open it. Before it could be opened, however, the remaining guard shot the instance twice in the back of the head, causing it to topple over. The entity looked at the guard who shot it, split its lower jaw in half “not too dissimilar to an ant’s mandibles,” screeched, and proceeded to scurry towards the guard on all fours before promptly being shot in the “crown” and dying.

Closing Statement: [Opening the canister revealed a minuscule amount of SCP-X-D. Instance’s remains as well as the canister were disposed of.]
On [blackbox]/09, during containment of SCP-X-B-34, a different instance of SCP-X-A had landed on Earth, near [blackbox], Arizona- the largest population to be affected by SCP-X to date. The entity remained in the city for around 2 months before Foundation forced could arrive on scene, infecting an estimated [DATA EXPUNGED] people. The entire city was quarantined from outsiders with help of the United States government and UIU involvement. MTF’s Beta-7 “Maz Hatters” and Lambda-12 “Pest Control” initiated reconnaissance and attempted to control the colony.

SCP-X-OMEGA is the designation of an extraterrestrial entity referred to as “Arkogrha, Subjugator of The Flesh”. The entity has so far not been perceived physically nor contacted by Foundation personnel,however sermons from SCP-X-B instances have claimed it as “The Great Formican,” and that it is a large arthropod-like entity which resides in the orbit of Saturn. The entity is assumed to be the design located on the “crown” of SCP-X-B instances.
