Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5045 is to be stored in a 5 centimeter thick glass cube tank of 1 feet long in all directions as to prevent those from taking it.

Description: SCP-5045 is a tube of toothpaste that is approximately 15 centimeters long and 3 centimeters wide in dimensions. The tube has a limited amount of exactly 25 milliliters, and cannot be refilled after 1 minute of use as the lid is automatically closes and locks.

Subjects who interact with it via brushing their molars with any toothbrush will result in cavities and the toothpaste will accidentally slip into their throat, being unable to spit out and is digested. The chemical substance of the toothbrush is unknown, but is traced back to acids like hydrofluoric acid. 48 hours after contact of SCP-5045, they begin to decompose. Subjects experience tooth aches within the span.

Approximately 1 week after usage, all enamel is gone, and subjects transform into slender figures and experience heavy levels of dysentery. Death occurs after 2 hours of experiencing symptoms.

Addendum: Origin of SCP-5045 is unknown, but is said to have been once bought from a Walmart and given to a family member of the customer as a gift. An autopsy was shown that victims of SCP-5045 have 2 centimeter wide holes in their intestines and that the chemicals of the toothpaste reacted with the stomach acids, creating ██████████ ████.

D-████ interacted with the toothpaste, saying that he was "stabbed in the stomach" and that he was "ready to explode".
