Description: SCP-XXXX is a framed photograph of three Wehrmacht Officers apparently taken during the 1940s. The officers are smiling together sitting on the hood of a Wehrmacht staff car, in full uniform. The men all appear to possess Aryan features, despite the black-and-white photograph. The photograph has been written on in black marker with the words "Alte Kameraden" which translates to "Old Comrades" in English. These individuals have been identified as Fritz ██████, Hans ████, and Friedrich ███████. The object was first contained on 08.12.2003, one week after Friedrich ███████'s death. The object came into foundation interest when Friedrich's relatives were found dead inside Friedrich's home in Gößweinstein, Germany. Further experimentation by Foundation researchers revealed that the object emitted a strong cognitohazard. Any individual that can see the object will invariably begin to feel incredibly strong feelings of regret, nostalgia, and anger. The object also influences nearby subjects who cannot see the object, though not as potently. Subjects exposed to SCP-XXXX will attempt to show others the object. If there are no other individuals nearby, subjects influenced by SCP-XXXX will become violent, eventually leading to the subject becoming suicidal. SCP-XXXX was originally classified as an anomalous object, and was stored at Site-██ until a containment breach on ██.██.████ resulted in 19 deaths and 42 injuries. The object was classified as SCP-XXXX on 09.09.2005.
