Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4602 is in a 12.2 m by 12.2 m (40ft by 40ft) room at minimal security. The SCP can be easily distracted and seems to be able to be contained if he has something to keep him occupied, mainly by giving him a bunch of parts, thus making him want to stay in his room to build. Otherwise he will somehow get out of the secure room.

Description: SCP-4602 appears as a Caucasian male with silver colored hair (facial included) and eye pupils, but says he is from a different planet and much different than most of his people and that this isn't his true form. He has a silver wolf tattoo on his right arm and has a constant cheerful and happy attitude (though some signs of hidden depression have been found. best to bring him to SCP-999 soon). He was discovered in the Pentagon, sleeping on the table in the situation room. how he got in is completely unknown. guards let no one in and there was no sign of forced entry. Even the cameras didn't see him until they looked away and back at the table. He also appears to have extreme amounts of knowledge on technology this planet has never seen before.

Addendum #4602-1: "SCP-4602 has told everyone his name is "Cody Fitzgerald" and that he was the top General of an interstellar empire. Though it is very hard to believe. It also confused staff that he has a very Earthly name for someone who claims he's from a different planet. When I came to visit him in his room, he was gone. Before I was able to declare a breach, staff informed the guards he was found in the mess hall drunk with whiskey bottles around him. where he got the bottles is unknown. He also claimed that his friend's father knows SCP-343, which raises interest. Though we are believing he's just speaking at random. So, I had an interview with him to ask some questions, which he responded to them with a happy attitude. questions like where is he from and what’s his purpose. Answers to those were "I’m from Sanctum 14, doctor!!" and "I wanted to visit. I like Earth". Even added "I also like this place you have here". Cody doesn't seem to have an interest of this place. What caught interest of the doctors here was his bones were literally made of titanium and yet he walks as if he had normal bones. I asked if all people on his "planet" have this for bones, but he said no. Further questioning is intended" -Dr Beck

Addendum #4602-2: "SCP-4602 has apparently been becoming friends with the staff here. already has he been found placing a birthday cake in the mess hall for one of the guards because it was the guard's birthday. I even learned he has built a giant and very advanced TV in the staff lounge and multiple TVs in the barracks without anyone knowing until the TV's were seen with a sticky note saying "for my new friends -Cody" on them. it’s too the point he has been authorized to roam around the facility with a few guards to watch over him. he's not bright, but his knowledge of technology is completely fascinating" -Dr Beck

Addendum #4602-3: A few weeks ago, a man in a blue suit and another man in military gear arrived to retrieve what they claimed is their friend and top general. when questioned, the men said who they are is classified. They had authorization papers from the United Nations Security Council. the SCP was then given to the men, but the SCP said he "promises to visit my new friends when I can". since then he has made constant visits. Even no longer officially under our watch, he is still been labelled as an SCP.
